4day: 2190/day.

6:30am kombucha but didn't work bc body wasn't ready to poop this AM after many days gettng up later.  even had extra kombucha. 100.

10am Breakfast at work: banana 120, coffee that tastes like absolute a$$ 50, wrap 100, sf jelly, peanut butter whipped 200: 470

8:30am snack:a granola bar too 100 - actually had this first, before the breakfast lol. craving sweets bc i am a little stressed / pulling hair out.

Lunch: healthy leftovers....looking forward...some thai tofu / veg soup, leftover seared tuna from sunday night, leftover little bit of mashed potatoes...cabbage i think...and some leftover thai okra...i have food, that's for sure...tuna 100, half matzah cracker 50, okra dish 100, tofu and veg soup (small) 100, little bit of mashed potato really good 100, small bite of a tasty brownie 50, small bit spinach 50: 550....

plum & dates 100

after work: another granola bar, water with my stevia 100  we'll see how i am feeling...100 special k crisps - red velvet flavor is very nice...this brand is tasty.

dinner: TBD - a burger in a wrap i think...with leftover mustard greens indian style 800 cal tonight. 

2250 today not as bad as i thought :)

PACKING after work, Vegas tomorrow.

a bit busy...feeling a bit torn around. it'll pass.

Lunch break today at work is to be slow...reading my book and eating...will not be held up for ANYONE...last of the peaceful moments before a trip. ..may pick up extra kombucha today after work on way home - yes.

i do go to work tomorrow, leaving at 1:30 to go home and park car and take taxi to airport at 2:30pm...flight is 5pm to Vegas. blah. just trying to smoothy go thru the day, read at lunch. good to relax.

Good Morning!

8am-10am  Breakfast: a lot of kombucha after some seltzer with stevia also. a few sips of the straw-ber-ita still in a can in the fridgee (baad girl yes it has alcohol but i just had like 4 sips lol) 200.

11:30 brunch at home still: chicken in wrap 400 tops. pea puffs 160

760, excellent

1:30 snack before 2 mi walk/jog: crumb cake 160, caffeine

3:45 after jog & shower: banana 120, plum 60...and indulged in some salt - corn chips...was craving something more than fruit...now i feel better...

...I need to already leave in less than an hour (it's after 4 and i need to leave by 5pm) to go to my parent's house...maybe i'll just sleep over there tonight, yes.

Woke up early - doing my laundry which will be done before 11 and already showered. also vacummed! 

Lots of errands...

1. my manicure is screwed up so i have to drive back there today...which is slightly annoying bc it's quite far - over half hour each way...my friend chose the place..i'll never go back! too much annoyannce it things need to be touched up...! but i am happy i went with her friday night bc we hadn't even had lunch at work together in a long time and she's the one i'm going to vegas with...we discussed the trip a little bit while we were there :)

2. After fixing nails, i'll jog today...maybe another short outing - 1.5mi instead of 2mi, yes probably!

3. Later  i'll cook my sirloin beef burgers before the meat goes bad.

4. Happy Sunday and today is also my dad's 65th Birthday! yay! Seeing my dad for birthday dinner tonight back where he lives like 40 min away (close) on Long Island. My sister and mom of course will celebrate too...which reminds me...i need a card for him as well as a gift for him & my sister! ahhhh! oops...Actually, switch that...i'll buy both my sister and dad something from Vegas :) so i'll get them cards now but tell them i'll find something in Vegas for them! (probably T-shirts haha).

Busy day....fixing the nails takes out a chunk of time that i would have prefered to use to relax. so i'll have to find some extra relaxing time tomorrow!

Yesterday i went to a food festival with GREAT food of all ethnicities back at the school i went to for college...it was an event for alumni only. Great food and drinks, $30 entrance fee and wine / drinks INCLUDED. cool. i wish we went earlier - there was also a carnival i saw we missed. There was also some fireworks! Talk about a university with $$$$$$$$ to spend! It's Hofstra University, currently the tuition is $60,000 per year..Hofstra is on Long Island and they hold one of the Presidential Debates there every 4 years...so you might recognize the school from those presidential tv debates.  The school looks even better from the time i went there. i was really impressed. It's a private school, very different for instance from  Queens College right here by me which is a City University, public, not the same in terms of funding and monetary resources to keep up the school and grounds.

....when i went back in 2000-2004 it was $25,000 and i got a little money, not much, but like $3k and also my grandparents had money and i do not owe loans bc of my grandparents. Lucky. But even though i got the 3k, i lived in a dorm and for 3 years each year it was prob around 3k! The 4th year i actually applied to be a resident adviser and was in charge of a floor, my floor, in the dorm, so i lived there for free my last year! Finally, a good decision!

It was nice of your family to pay for your education....Denny and I paid for ours as we went....and with kids and jobs...it wasn't easy....Both of our sons did apprenticeships...so no college,....but we paid for the 2 grandsons....at our age it was easier

wonderful time out with friends.  food festival for $30 and tons of food and free drinks (wine included) at my former university on LI.  then went to my friend's new housethey bought for games :)...ricky drove and home at midnight :)
