 Hey everyone! It's been awhile! I am back now! =) I got very sick and lost 8 pounds in 1 week cause I couldn't eat ANYTHING but I wasn't throwing up just not hungry and headache, fatigue and just wanting to sleep all day and night. I gained about 3 pounds of it back because I started eating again but I am back on the wagon! I am starting the 30 day ab challenge tonight and I really wanna try out a Zumba class but no one will go with me...=( So i have seen a few videos on youtube and this one instructor I like the music she has and the dances as well. So I might try some of those out in the basement lol

Good morning everyone! I am soo sore from working out. But it is well worth it!! =) Work today 12-8 and its supposed to snow from 3pm-3am tonight...BOOOO but its going tot get up to 46 on thursday!

 Good morning everyone! I am down another 1.6 pounds since Sunday which really isn't all that bad considering what I ate on wednesday(BAD), been working out Thurs-Sun for about 1 1/2 hrs and only drinking water. Last night I took my gma out to dinner to Pizza hut... Kinda a bad choice but it was ok. 

B: 1 sausage mcmuffin and 1 hashbrown

S: key lime pie yogurt & green apple

L: 2 slices of pepperoni pizza and 2 breadsticks and 1 ranch cup

D: Tropical Smoothie protein smoothie don't know which kind yet! A muscle blaster with whey protein(1st one ever)

Workout= 30 mins on treadmill, 20 mins on bicycle,, and 40 mins on the machines with 30 reps at about 15-30 pounds. Sounds good to me!!!

Calories allowed 1200

Calories today  988 so far with everything.. =)

Progress as of today: 4.4 lbs lost so far, only 67.4 lbs to go!

 Hey everybody! I'm doing great with everything! Other than my 2 days off was kinda eh. Especially yesterday....But today is a new day and it went well so far!

B: Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel w/ 2 hashbrowns and a minute maid apple juice= 1,140

L: Turkey & cheese lunchable with 2 double stuffed oreos= 330

S: Key Lime Pie Yogurt= 90

D: Grilled Cheese & green beans= 242

S: WW Fudge Bar= 100

Workout: 30 mins on treadmill(159), 10 mins on eliptical(145), 15 mins on stationary bike went 5 miles(169)...and 35 min strength training 452 20 reps on each machine and 150 on leg press doing 90 pounds!

 Morning everyone! I am down 3.2 pounds since thursday and I am happy about that! Always wishing it was more but I will take what I can get! I did really good working out last night. I did 15 mins on the eliptical and 10 mins cycling, and since I did the cycling I cut my treadmill short to about 15 mins and then took me about 25 mins for general circuit training once around the room. Did about 20 reps with 15 pounds with each machine. Other than the abs I did more probably like 75 I didn''t even count! Haha Anyway, here is my day today oh and I was about 450 cals under yesterday with working out! 

B: Sausage Mcmuffin and 1 hashbrown= 510

S: Banana= 105

L: Chicken Noddle soup= 200

S: Strawberries & banana yogurt= 90

D: grilled cheese & apple= 298

S: TBD

Workout: 20 mins on treadmill, 10 mins cycling, 35 mins genereal circuit training 20 reps on each machine, 75 on abs and leg press was 100 doing 90 pounds

Calories Allowed =1200

Actual Calories = right now before my night time snack is 534

 Good morning everyone!!! I am down 3 pounds!!! =) In 2 days! I am sooo excited! But like I said I am going to eat whatver for breafast and then soup for lunch and dinner and it is working! I gotta work out today hopefully I will get too! I work til 5 but I know I need to today!

B: Mcdonald's...Hotcakes w/ sausage and 1 hashbrown and 3/4 the package of syrup....Normally I eat 2 sausages and 2 hashbrowns but I restrained myself= 805 cals

S: Key lime pie yogurt= 90 cals

D: Chicken noodle soup= 200 cals

S: Banana= 105 cals

Already at my 1200 calories for the day.....

Gym: 15 mins on eliptical and 30 mins on treadmill and a workout circuit with strength training= tbd

And all my soups I am eating are Progresso other than my bean soup that is Campbell's. Other than that my day is complete

S: maybe a small shamrock shake...maybe! scratch that maybe its 530 cals....

I am over by 94 cals but I am hoping to do some exercise tonight!

The calories I am allowing is 1000, but if I get too hungry I will go over it by just a bit. How do I not make my stomach sooo hungry!! After I ate my orange @ 3 I work til 5 and my stomach hurt like hunger hurt... Help??

I am under my goal for today but I might have a snack later on

.... I am now going to let myself have 1200 calories.... I also had some fruit loops before bed dry cereal no milk

Good plan for the day Em! Be careful with cutting your calories too low, that can actually stall your loss. Have a good one.

When I HAVE ro have something sweet Cereal is not a terrible choice. I usually go for Reece's puffs, but I get the store brand. I have to be VERY careful to only eat a cup or so - 'cause it's too easy for me to eat 1/2 the box!!! LOL! 1,000 cals is so low - glad you upped it! Have you ever used one of those on-line calculators for weight loss. You put in your age, your weight - your goal weight and your (realistic) activity level and it will tell you how many cals you can have. Kind of neat. you can google one or there is one on sparkpeople.com

 Hello everyone, I hope everybody enjoyed their holidays and into the New Year. Well, my work schedule got changed for the better! I can now workout at a decent time of the day. I work 12-8 on monday and have tuesday and wednesday off, then 9-5 thurs-sun. So hopefully with this I can lose this weight. Nobody at my age being a female should weigh that much. It's time to get down to business and lose this, so I can gain much more in health! I need to go to the dr to get some blood work done, to see my levels. I know I have HIGH CHOLESTROL! But everytime I eat like pasta or pizza I get sick, so I think I might have a gluten intollerence so I am going to TRY to eliminate MOST of the gluten from my diet as much as possible. Well that's all I got to say today. Be back tomorrow everyone! BTW it's supposed to be a snowstorm here and I don't want it!!!

Good that you're exploring the gluten intolerance possibility. I know of someone who as a teenager became a world-class athlete and was always having stomach issues. She found out in her mid-20s that it all went away with the absence of gluten. (I don't know if she actually had true celiac.) Gluten presents a subtle sensitivity in some people enough that when they eliminate it, they just feel better. Headaches go, joint pain and other symptoms are diminished or completely go away.

Wow...a snowstorm. We don't get much snow here in the south. When we do, even if it is very little, it is a very big deal for us. Usually we get excited over it cause it is usually gone the next day or 2! :-)
