While I was off track, I started the day off adding almost 1/4 cup of sugar to my cereal. It makes me cringe just thinking about it . It's like I can't get enough sugar. The first thing I did this morning was dump the sugar in the garbage. There is nothing in the house that has sugar in it.Next I made a list because I feel like I needed more structure to my day. I accomplish more when I make a list. I drank only water. It is to hot to walk outside so I went to the mall. And walked 35 min androde my exercise bike for 5 min also had a healthy eating day.

Progress as of today: 64 lbs lost so far, only 17 lbs to go!

Good work ditching the sugar and getting in some exercise! I love lists, I have an app on my phone called Clear that lets me organize to-do stuff by day, week, month, etc. It really increases organization and productivity.

My weight is up 6 lbs. I'm depressed and have been hiding in my bed. I'm eating every high sugar food I can get my hands on. My diverticulitis is causing me so much pain from shoving so my junk food in to me. You would think that alone would me stop my destructive behaviour. No exercise has been done. Time for me to make a effort to turn this around. It is the middle of the night so after some sleep, I will force myself to get up and try my hardest to eat healthy. Making a small commitment to do 15 min of walking.

Progress as of today: 64 lbs lost so far, only 17 lbs to go!

Tuesday I was so stressed and I ate and ate, hadn't done my exercise or drank any water. Spent the day worrying, which was so silly of me, as it didn't help lol. I finally decided I to end the day on a positive note and went for a 32 min walk and drank 2 glasses of water. I felt happier after I did my exercise.

Wednesday was a good day, I spent time moving my craft things into a another room which I recently painted pink. I'm going to enjoy this room so much. I'm having fun arranging everything. Went grocery shopping for healthy food and to a orchard for fresh off the tree cherries. Went for a 35 min walk that included a incline, I felt my legs screaming a bit. 6 glasses of water.

Everyone have a great Thursday.

When I was inn the hospital last month with pneumonia my heart was skipping. Last week I had to do a treadmill stress test at the hospital. I have never been on a treadmill and at the angle and increased speed I didnt last long. It was my legs that gave out, my heart did fine. I was told I need to exercise more because my legs are weak. Also that I'm getting old (who me lol) and I better strengthen my legs so I won't end up in a wheelchair. I know I'm weaker than my friends and have trouble getting up stairs and with my balance. I'm only 62 so to young to be so weak. I was given some exercises to do and told to walk.

Ate healthy, 32 oz water, 29 min walk, balance and strength exercises.

I haven't been here for years. I have gone up and down the scale for many years. Highest weight 216. I use to have extreme gains but for the past couple of years the gains have been between 10-15 lbs. as of now I would like to lose 11 lbs and maintain it. From my poor eating habits I'm diabetic and have diverticulitis. Pepsi, chocolate, and ice cream binges make me vomit, which I did Saturday night. I can't handle all that sugar. You would think I would smarten up because it makes me sick. Sunday I felt sick all day but did manage to eat a bit of supper, when our daughters came over for Father's Day. I'm tired and sluggish so time to turn things around.

It is easy for me to make great plans late at night and make excuses during the day. I better not be lying to myself. Plans for Monday no junk food, exercise and drink water.

Welcome back. I have never felt better ever since I cut out all the sugar intake. It has done wonders in curving my binging. I was never a pop drinker but I struggle with the water. Have a great day.

Friday 9 days No Chocolate.

Well I don't really want to be accountable but I will. I need to be accountable esp. when I don't want to be or otherwise I will never get back on track. Really bad day foodwise and I only met one of my goals. Saturday I will make a great day.

Thursday

Today was a difficult day for me. Much stress and I usually overeat when I'm stressed. Our daughter was over with all her problems {sigh} She felt better after talking to us but we felt worse lol. After she left I wanted chocolate to soothe me. My husband asked if I wanted to go for ice-cream. I said no neither of us need it. He agreed. We are both trying to lower our blood sugar.

8 days No Chocolate

Food: 23 Points

Water: 64 oz.

Exercise: 33 min walking in the drizzling rain so peaceful.

I'm happy to say the day ended well. Both of our feeling towards are daughter eased and we were able to relax in the evening. I am so thrilled I didn't turn to food, a major accomplishment for me.

Boy thats a tough one... but you did great! maybe the next time your husband trys to sooth you with sugar... get the kind that is so much sweeter...yeah I am talkin sex! or a good foot rub...that turns into sex!!! (I think I need to get married!) and that would lower your blood sugar and be cardio at the same time... and a great stree releiver... or this is none of my business... 7 Days No Chocolate

F: Pizza stayed within points and calories but even a personal pan pizza has to much fat. I think it is 39 g. I should look that up. With a salad and pizza it was my lunch and dinner.

E: 32 min Richard Simmons. Want to go for walk but it is pouring out so I might go if it lets up. Rain cleared up and went for 30 min. walk/jog with Quinn.

W: 64 oz.
