Good morning all :):) hope everyone has a good Saturday...Today we are taking my oldest out for a birthday lunch, he's turning 15 Tuesday :(:( he hasn't decided between 3 restaurants...my only meal option for any of them is salad so imma try and have a more filling breakfast.

B: 2 eggs, Colby Jack and salsa on Lo carb wrap(395c)

L: handful of almonds

D: salad(spinach, cheese, egg and ranch), sauteed onions, peppers, and mushrooms, broccoli with cheese sauce

had diet coke and vodka

EX: walked 1.5 miles, thighmaster x 500

Progress as of today - 15 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

Good morning all :):) feeling better today, altho I ate a huge breakfast, so I need to watch it the rest of the day

B: 2 eggs, Colby Jack cheese & Tofurky kielbasa w/salsa(610c)

L: cottage cheese(180c)

S: mix of ricotta, cream cheese, organic pb etc

D: sauteed mushrooms, garlic & spinach, broccoli w/lime juice salt pepper & parmesan

S: 2 pumpkin cupcakes

EX: walked 3 miles so far, thighmaster x 200 so far

Progress as of today - 15 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

Walked 3 miles yesterday, and had dessert...so o well...lately my stomach has been messed up in the morning, its weird, no chance of being preggo so idk wth it could be...so eating is not something I wanna do, but I have to have something so I have the protein shakes

B: Atkins wild berry protein shake(140c)

S: lite cheesestick w/salsa(85c)

L: salad(spinach, lemon juice & parmesan)(25c), 2 hardboiled eggs w/lite mayo, salt & pepper(175c)

S: cottage cheese(90c), mix of ricotta, cream cheese, organic pb etc

D: 2 veggie patties w/Colby Jack, salsa & lo carb wrap(440c)

S: pepperoncinis(30c), slice of almond bread

EX: 2.5 miles walked so far

Progress as of today - 15 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

As far as your tummy issues, what is the base of your protein shake? I found out the hard way that soy is NOT my friend which is why I do 100% whey protein.. I hope you can sort this out so you can feel better <3

Good morning all :):) so I'm one month into my whole 'lifestyle change'....I've lost a total of 12 lbs, 3 in off my waist and 2 in off my hips.... Doing good I guess. Will be back later to update menu.

B: Atkins chocolate protein shake

S: handful of mixed nuts

L: salad(spinach, tomato, broccoli, Colby Jack, lime juice), 2 hardboiled eggs w/lite mayo, salt & pepper on 3 slices almond bread, mix of ricotta, cream cheese, organic pb etc

S: lite cheesestick

D: salad(spinach, tomato, lime juice, parmesan), broccoli w/lime juice & parmesan, cottage cheese

Progress as of today - 15 lbs lost so far, only 15 lbs to go!

Had a long day...not really, but it felt like it. Went to the Arizona science center with my family, all Chase employees were offered a discount on it, and since my mom got it she figured it would be a nice family thing. After we went to eat at Golden Corral...not a lot of choices for me, but I made do :):)

B: 2 eggs w/Tofurky Italian sausage, 2 lite cheesesticks

S: 1/2 handful of almonds, lite cheesestick

D: salad(spinach, tomato, cucumber, mushroom, egg, cheese & ranch), broccoli w/cheese sauce, Brussels sprouts

S: mix of ricotta, cream cheese, organic pb etc, handful of almonds

EX: walked 3.8 miles

Progress as of today - 14 lbs lost so far, only 16 lbs to go!

When your writing something out- you will see a little yellow image that looks like a mountain and a sun in the editing tools, if you hover over it with your mouse- it will say "image button" click it and then you will have 2 options one is an URL option where you copy and past the html of an image from a certain website or you can scroll over to a bar that says "upload" hit the brows button to find the location of the image in your computer and once you have found it click on it and hit "ok" then you will want to hit "send it to server" and it should show up in your journal entry- you can also adjust the size at which the image is viewable.
