Hello! I used to be a member here long ago. I'm here to try once again. My husband and I are doing this together, which is great. We are doing just a clean eating lifestyle avoiding added sugars, processed foods, limiting carbs. So, far I have lost alittle, but feel much better. Our next goal is to add activity/movement/exercise to our plan. I'm looking forward to the support that I know I will find here!
Progress as of today: 6 lbs lost so far, only 90 lbs to go!
