Good Morning. Down 1 pound. I've been doing ok (not great) on my diet. And I think I'm getting enough activity at work and around the house. I haven't been to the bike path since last year. Maybe that should change... Have a good and Healthy Day.

Hi OR! I've been doing better on my diet too. It's been 2 days so far & I'm happy that i'm on the road again and making those better choices. I just need better sleep. But it's ok, for now.

Sometimes when I don't sleep enough, I feel less control over my food choices. But, I feel good for this week.

Good Morning. I'm doing ok. My knee has me slowed down. I'm eating the same thing day after day. My water has been about 1 and a half liters every day. The weather has really warmed up. I might try the bicycle after I cut grass. My belly seems to be growing again. I'll know more Monday morning and give you all the news. Good or Bad. Have a Healthy Day.

Sorry about the knee. When I had knee issues I rode my bike and it seemed to help over time. It probably depends on what the exact issue is with the knee. I hate taking arthritis strength acetaminophen all the time, but it sure makes like much easier. :-)

How is your knee - is that why your activity is down some? You can get back in the swing.....anti-inflammatory meds will help a lot.

Bad Morning :>( I Ate a mini pizza last night. It was a gift...from a friend...I tried to refuse it several times. It was the first bread I'd had since the Thanksgiving stuffing. I have to go back to this place every 2nd Thursday so I'll do better next time. Water was up to 2L yesterday. Hope everyone is staying fit and active. Have a Healthy Day.

OR! Stop being so nasty to yourself! You are doing GREAT. Stay positive. And next time, when a friend offers you & if you really don't want it, just repeat yourself another time until they stop. I read somewhere how it's not right for people to push like that & that it's ok to stand up for your own decisions & that it shouldn't come across to others are rude or anything....so don't feel bad next time.

And if you enjoyed the pizza, good. it's good for your body to sometimes have a slight shock to the system, to get the metabolism moving along, digestion different, etc. You are gonna be ok as usual. I'm glad you at least I am SURE had a fun night. Cheers to an active & fit Friday. Take care :)

Good Morning. I'm still doing good. Water is a little low. I get 1L at home for breakfast, and then it's just SodaPop and Coffee on my desk. Calories are the same walking the same at least 5 miles. Have a Healthy Day.

Good job with your walking. I hope you knee is good for walking. You can always wear a brace for more stabilization I think - but def ask dr about it all when you go!

Good morning Raven - Maybe a brace is the answer to your knee problem while you do your exercise or excessive walking. Pop did not think you drank that stuff anyway you get lL of water and that is good. Have a great day Raven.

You're right. I didn't used to drink SodaPop. Now it's like a reward for drinking all my water. But things got out of hand for me. I'll try to do better.

If it's any consolation - my knee "acted up" a few years ago and it took some time, but it eventually got better on it's own - with some babying by me. It happened for no apparent reason and I did go to the doc who prescribed anti-inflammatory - which I took. Try some arthritis strength Tylenol - I use the store equalivent and it's great! 2 650 mg. tabs if you can take that stuff.

Good Morning. My knee is worse. I haven't done anything to it. No exercise other than walking. Only climbing stairs occasionally. I noticed last night that I couldn't raise my foot high enough to put it on the coffee table. Thought about scheduling a Dr. appt. But I'm too tough for that. Let's hold off and see if it heals itself. Have a Healthy Day.

Glad you are doing ok & are feeling better now....

Volume of food is OK. If it's volume, bulky foods, it'll make you feel heavy at the time, but not from actual weight gain. That's what I do to maintain lower weight and better calories - bulky foods to fill me.

It seems sometimes I get ideas from people here, or it's just a coincidence. Yesterday, I think I had 3 mini bags of popcorn with my food (as my carbs!) throughout the afternoon & night! Just like when you eat all that sauerkraut and I start thinking I am "eating like OR!"
