Good Morning. I'm getting a Lot of walking miles in. But my knee is reminding me not to do anything stupid with it so walking is all I'm doing right now. Hope everyone is doing good. Have a a Healthy Day.

rest up the knee. give it 2 weeks....DO NOT PUSH. pain tells us to rest. that's why i'm forcing myself off from the gym tonight :( sucks!

Good morning. a good day yesterday. 3L h20. I skipped my Wendy's chili and just ate a half a can of black beans instead. I made my own potato in the microwave. I'm getting a lot of exercise bringing Junk out of my basement. Using some of my muscles that I haven't used in a while. Spring cleaning. The tool sheds are next. Have a Healthy Day.

Speaking of fast food, I bought Dunkin Donuts for breakfast today. I've been craving salt. I also wanted to tell you I bought sauerkraut last night & whenever I see it, I think of you! and only you! I bought it hot from a jewish deli chain that always has the best of all salty things! I will never forget thinking "OR" when I eat or see sauerkraut!

Water and food was right on the mark. My knee is another story. I was actually limping at one point. I'm fine now but it seems to slip out of joint or something. I have a Dr. appt. Next week. It's snowing again. Boo ! Have a Healthy Day.

we got a dusting also! As I looked out the window, I was like....wait...why is everything white on top!? omg!

Good luck with the dr. Please be careful. I have a lot of experience with injury. It was horrible. Always rest more than you think you need to...and do one less rep than you think you can. Especially if it's while working out a weaker body part. I HATE this approach, but it's my lower body approach. Upper body, I still train very intensely. Keep us updated with your knee, injuries are no fun.

Good Morning. Food was good, water was good. Exercise included over 6 miles walking, warehouse jogging, stair climbing...then it happened. I strained a Musacle in my knee. Now I have to go easy on it. Have a Healthy Day.

You may have to see a doctor. I would say - throw out the stairclimber & replace it with a treadmill in your warehouse...really.
