Good Morning. Good water. Good food. No exercise. I must confess I had the Large chili at Wendys instead of my usual small. I was very hungry and lost my mind for that short moment while ordering. Still cold here. Too cold for a bike ride. Have a Healthy Day.

I don't think it's a big deal to order a large chili...good choice, better than a burger, nice and filling! just drink the water, i'm sure it's salty...I love chili! nicely done, OR!

Good Morning. Back to work. At my desk. 2 pounds heavier than when I left. I'm just glad it wasn't 20 pounds. So I'm 6 pounds total over my goal weight. I'll try to whittle that away in the coming months. Hope to get my bicycle back out and maybe some jogging. Have a Healthy Day.

Little by little the weight will come off if you burn more calories than you take it. You do know how to do it. You are good at doing it. Be confident you can & I promise you it will come off :)

sometimes, if the water bottle is dishwasher safe...you can really clean it...but yeah, important to make sure the water bottle is clean :)
