Good morning. Up another pound from last week. I'm feeling tired and run down lately. It might be the changing of the season. I might need to make another Florida/Georgia vacation. Have a Healthy week.

Maybe you need to get away for a little while and add some spice to your life. Fall is always a little harder to adjust to I find as compared to when Summer rolls around. Keep at it Raven stay on your journey to healthy eating.

The change of the season may be taking it's toll in the way of allergies - even if you aren't having typical allergy symptoms. I couldn't understand why I was so sluggish the first couple of weeks after I quit work. After all, I had all the time I had been dreaming of and still I didn't feel energetic. It passed, finally, but I still feel tired quite a few days. Part of it is because I have increased my activity level and part of it is pollen and mold. My allergies are worse in the Fall, usually. Hang in there. Push through as much as you can. You get quite a bit of exercise at the warehouse, right? Keep at it and I hope you can work in another vacation soon.

Yeah maybe you need to get down to the warm weather for a vaca or break the monotony? Or maybe you just need some days off at home to rest? Like a staycation? It seems you are thinking about what you need to do in order to feel better based on what you wrote above you are thinking of a vacation. I have realized with my own self that when I am run down, usually some time at home is what I personally need.

Alone time at home or just on my own, I KNOW, is my personal way of recharging. Once I am recharged, I feel once again ready to get together with friends and get out more…that’s my balance. Also I know that EVERYONE has their own specific needs and way to go about recharging.

I think it comes in cycles. Don’t feel like you always need to be feeling “top of the world.” Let yourself rest if this is what is required? Let yourself go on a vaca if this is what works for you. I know you will be feeling better soon.

Good morning. I weigh the same as last week. Nothing new has been going on with me. I'm not exercising at all now. I've put my bike in the shed for the winter. I'll keep my diet healthy and check in. Next Monday. Have a Healthy week.

Walking in the warehouse is exercise and it's good...keep on keeping on. I am also working on lowering my weight and calories. Still working on it - been trying to get back since mid-September i think...little bit of a struggle here but this month i should really be able to rock it if i want to!

Good morning. Small victory. I lost the 2 pounds I gained from the previous week. I guess I really have to watch my portion control. Even if it's healthy food, too much is too much. I'll try to watch it in the future. My cough is from allergies. I took the six pink pills the doctor prescribed and the cough has eased up quite a bit. I'm kinda too tired for any exercise. Funny thing, my voice has developed a deep rich baritone since I've got my allergies. It should be gone soon. Have a Healthy Day.

But veggies...you can still have quite a bit of them! but you are right, it's easy to even indulge on healthy food. i do agree of course that weight can still be gained.

Congrats on the loss. I'm now working once again on losing a pound or two. I'm def on my way, doing the right things for the rest of this month and next till my trip on 10/20-10/24 with the cowboys in Texas ;)

Sorry about your cough but it's good you are doing the right thing. I can't exercise while sick, it ALWAYS makes me sicker.

Feel better soon - I'm sure the allergy season will go by quickly. We are already almost done with September.! It went so fast!

Glad you are feeling better! When I have a bad cough from allergies I usually develop a deep rich baritone, too! Ha-ha! Unfortunately I can also develop pneumonia-I'm glad you took the meds.

Love that raspy baritone voice that comes from a cold/allergies!!! When that happens, I have to remind people that "I'm a lady, not a dude."

Sadly, it all comes down to portion control, ultimately. YOU CAN DO IT!

Good morning. The Dr. Said take theses 6 pills and you should be better. I asked if they were antibiotics and he said yes. I said I wanted something less invasive to the flora in my gut. He said you could try to fight this on your own and it could develope into pneumonia. I took the 6 pills. I don't feel any better this morning. Worse if anything. Now I have to replace the good enzymes in my gut with plenty of yogurt, Sauerkraut and Pickles. Have a Healthy Day.

Don't worry about your gut too much. I've been taking antibiotics for like a year for acne...must get off it.

And yes, at least you get to have tasty yogurt / sauerkraut & pickles (i like probiotic foods too)

Hope you feel better soon OR! At least you get to eat kraut! I love it! Yogurt isn't too bad, either. I like vanilla or maple Brown Cow Cream Top brand and I put fruit in it.

 Good morning. Too busy for any exercise lately. And I'm feeling a little chest congestion with my cough. Something is definitely going around at work. Everyone there is coughing. Ugh....everyone at my office is coughing. Me included. Another dry cough. I have a guy that sits opposite me...i really do think i may have gotten it from him. He was VERY sick. I don't have it like that thankfully. ...

Yes...be a good boy...luckily i'm so impressed at some restaurants with their quality of veggie offerings - even diners do a nice job lately!!!

I am in Queens, NY...so the selection i would presume is better than most cities.

Good morning. Yesterday I cut back on my scoop of peanut butter, Olive oil, and popcorn. Just trying for smaller portions. I got my 5 mile bike ride in after work and push mowed for almost hours. It was almost hard dark. Have a Healthy Day.

Good job! To fill up at end of smaller meals this time of year watermelon is good. Or any melon. I also use cucumbers and low cal Italian dressing. Its easy to make your own dressing using the dry packets of seasoning and less oil and more water/vinegar - play with the portions of the ingredients.

Remember Raven, this weight thing is something we both have to work on always. It's something EVERYONE works on. I even know some thin people that have to watch it...or they'll blow up too.

It's hard, but you know it's worth it. Weightloss is more based on what we ingest than exercise we do. Although both are important!

Maybe more of your veggies...remember, you can roast them too...

You are doing great. :-D Don't worry too much.

Two pounds is just a flux. You can turn it around. If you can't think of what to cut back on - maybe it is your lower exercise. It's very hard to be perfect. Keep striving for consistence and moderation as much as you can! You are really doing well over all!
