GoodMorning. 2004 cal intake, 2275 burn, 102 h2o, 5.9 miles walking for the day. Honky Tonkin' tonight. I'll try to smuggle in some healthy PopCorn. I'm going to buy a bag from the concession stand, dump it out, then take the empty bag out my car and fill it there. It's a pity I have to be sneaky to be healthy, but no trans-fat for me tonight. Have a Healthy Day.

Oh, I like your style with the popcorn. You are buying their popcorn, just not eating it. I've been known to bring 100 cal propcorn into movie theaters in my handbag. 5.9 miles is a lot of walking!

GoodMorning. 1579 calorie intake. 2461 calories burned. Walked 7.4 miles. 102 h2o, no exercise. I've decided to bring in my stair climber this Saturday when no one is around. But first I have to drag it out of the basement. Have a Healthy Day.

I hope it's not too difficult to move your stair climber into the work trailer. GREAT idea, OR. As far as exercise, NICE JOB. I can only wish right now to do that much walking. That's impressive. Right now i'm getting used again to having walking become routine again. Still working on it. Feeling better about it, slowly.

Also nice calories, good job OR.

I'm thinking about sneaking a stair climber into my work and keeping it in an office trailer I keep locked there. I dunno. I gotta do something. Have a Healthy Day.

Stairclimber is probably the highest burning cardio machine out there...that would be cool to keep in your trailer. I hope you at least have a fan, if not an air conditioner?

Stairclimber would definitely be perfect for days when it's raining...and other times for a change from walking / running. Good idea.

Good morning Raven yes we do hit bumps in the road and we should not really sweat them too much. Your Cals were real low and probably you are right with the exercise statement. I agree with the above, don't let the increase in weight get you down. You've been on your journey for the long haul and there will always be ups and downs. Just on those down feeling moments, never forget your passion and drive to keep those positive changes you made in your life.
