GoodMorning. Sorry I haven't been responding to all your posts. I read what I can, when I can. I blame it on my fast paced lifestyle. I went over on calories again. 2003 cals, 102 h2o, No exercise. BlueGrass picnic today. I'll probably stop and eat at Wendy's before I go there. Have a Healthy Weekend.

Have a great time at the picnic today! 2000 cals is awesome and with your being on the go, i'm sure it's still a good amount and may give you a loss in calories :)

I am also looking towards a very healthy weekend. I hope to make progress in the month of September on both my ankle and weight loss. As I type this, I am promising myself that this weekend i'll fulfill my calorie goals and move toward where I want to be at the end of this month! :)

GoodMorning. 2280 cals, 102 h2o, no exercise again. I over did it last night. 1 bag of Trans-Fat PopCorn at the HonkyTonk, and another slice of watermelon when I got home. No exercise again because I'm working a lot of overtime. That and I've taken my bicycle out of my truck and I keep forgetting to put it back in. A pretty busy night tonight. Hope everyone is good. GoodMorning. 2194 cals, 102 h2o, exercise was push mowing. Lots and lots of push mowing. Went over on my 2000 calorie limit. The extra calories came from a slice of watermelon and popCorn. Watermelon and popcorn are not bad snacks....you are doing good :) keep staying positive. The calories u eat are def in a good range and u can prob still lose weight on that budget - just keep working on your goals bc you are and will always be an inspiration to me!!!
