GoodMorning. 186 this morning. 1524cals, only 24 ounces of h2o, exercise was push mowing. I'm back to my lowest weight of the year so far. I was worried I was going weigh-in heavy this morning. I've been kind of hungry lately and my portions have kinda increased. That plus a real lack of formal exercise. I really deep down want to be healthy more than anything else. The weight loss is good. The medium size shirts are good. My skinny jeans are good. I have a little belly I'd rather do without. But I think it might just be loose skin. I can feel it on my arms and legs too. My endurance has really improved. 5k runs don't scare me any more. Yep. Healthy is good. Hope everyone is doing good too. Have a Healthy Day.

Congrats Raven. Your on the right track and your mindset is healthy. Loose skin tell me about it lol..... yes it take space and I also find because of that some clothes still don't fit. The important thing is being healthy concentrate on that. Have a great day.

A friend of mine mentioned that my old blue jeans were kinda baggy. So I'm sitting in size 34s now. Sorry, that's all the diet news I have to report. Have a Healthy Day.

Good work on the ride and activity. I so agree that diet and exercise go hand and hand, I just had this conversation with my friend. She's made major improvements in her diet but doesn't exercise and can't lose weight. You'll get back to it, especially with cooler temps coming our way!

GoodMorning 1728 cals, low on water. A bottle or two. No exercise. I'm up another pound. I know diet and exercise goes hand in hand and I'm just not spending enough time on being good to myself. GoodMorning 1845 cals, 102 h2o, No exercise. A visit with friends took me away from my routine and into a Texas Roundhouse restaurant. I had a sweet potato (no butter) and salad and green beans. I thought that was okay, but this no exercise thing is making me feel sluggish. I'm at a benefit all day today, so it doesn't look too good for tonight either. But who knows. I might find some time afterwards. Have a Healthy Sunday.
