Catching up with you the last few days - GOOD job - I get the fresh tacos when have to get Taco Bell. I think it's interesting that the gang gives you a hard time about where you wish to eat. You must be making an impact.

GoodMorning. 1996 cals, 102 h2o, No exercise. The gang let me know we were going to stop at Taco Bell on the road next Wednesday I did some research on their menu. (Thank you, Hungry Girl ®) It looks as if I can get 3 tacos to equal my usual Wendy potato and small Chili. I just hope it fills me up enough. I'm particularly hungry right after work. And I really don't like the idea of eating taco shells, now that I'm off of the bread. But I'm sure there are bigger things in life to worry about. Hope everyone is doing good. Have a Healthy Day.

GoodMorning. 1996 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride mostly in the rain. I was as wet as a fish. I got a new ceramic fry pan for my eggs in the morning. Every Sunday I put vegetables in 3 cup Tupperwares and freeze them. In the morning I add some water to them while in the Tupperware. This softens them up a little. I put them in the pan let them simmer. Just before all the water is gone , I add my eggs. It comes out fluffy and wrapped around the steamed vegetables. I don't even need to use cooking oil. It's quite a big plate full actually. That, a half cup of beans and 34 ounces of water makes up my breakfast every day. Hope everyone is doing good. Have a Healthy Day.

Good morning Raven. I do something similar to your recipe but I top it up with a little bit of Motz cheese and call it my omelette. I use it as a dinner. It is important to have a good pan so that the cooking is made easy. Your doing good with the cals. Have a great day.

Very good Raven. Peanut butter has 17gr of fat per tablespoon. Good choice to reduce the intake. I always look as to how I can distribute my cal. and fat more efficiently during my day. Your doing real good I am very proud of your determination. Keep it up.

Good move on the PB. I try to limit it, but it was a lifesaver for me and the boys while traveling, helping us avoid expensive and unhealthy airport food.

I love PB but I try to use it for emergency food like Umpqua was saying. I eat it for breakfast on the run . I have been carrying string cheese for a quick protein snack, too. I always have nuts at my desk. unsalted almonds work wonders.

Oh, you hit me between the eyes with this comment - that is a good thing - being a good steward of what we have been given - including our bodies! I need to think about this when I am tempted or feeling weaker about making good choices! Hang in there - you are doing well. if you got close to 10k steps and did the bike ride - you did really well! Hang in there OR! You are making it happen!

GoodMorning. 2012 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride. First I want to say I've read everyone's post but didn't have time to respond to anyone. I failed on my calories by only 12. I feel okay with that. On the plus side, I've quit bread totally. I switched from 1 slice of whole wheat toast, to 2 rice cakes. And by doing this I went down 20 calories. (But still went over last night). Have a Healthy Day.
