GoodMorning, 2275 cals, 102 oz h2o, 5 mile bike ride. I've been wanting to tell you guys that my belt has slowly been moving into new holes. I'm currently on the last hole. And that one is Getting loose. I'm going to drill a new hole in the belt after I get down to the 180's. A small goal for me. Well, that's about it. Hope everyone is doing good. Have a Healthy Day.

Awesome, OR! I am kind of struggling with my clothes being too big - can pin pants over and wear blouses outside the slacks, but all slacks are too long and drag - I am hesitant to get new. I got rid of most of my old smaller clothes a while ago. I still don't fit into the smaller ones I kept (the better ones). So...it's a dilemma!

Nice job...! Sometimes, actually often, I don't eat the calories I initially planned to. but, keeping track & knowing what I am doing despite that helps me to basically stay on track better than if I never tracked calories at all. This is what helps me, for sure.
