GoodMorning, 194 Lb weigh in today. 2146 cal, 38 oz h2o, push mowed about 1/2 hour. I didn't gain any, I didn't lose any. Just gonna stay the course. But I'm gonna try and squeeze more "Me" time into my week. Hope everyone has a Healthy Day.

Good morning Raven. That is exactly right just keep doing the right stuff and eventually the scale will go down. Sometimes the body needs time to adjust at least that is the way it work for me. In this process you have to be a little selfish with your Me time because you are trying to better yourself. Have a great day. Keep it up.

Good for you on the bike! You must not be having all the rain in OH we are having in KY! It's a monsoon! Are you playig anywhere this weekend? I enjoy seeing your music posts on FB. I don't think I've mentionend husband's cousin Tim is a muscian around Cincinnati. He plays sax. He has been working pretty steady the last couple of years - took a break from corp world.

GoodMorning, 2398 calls, 102 h2o, No Exercise. Thursdays are always my worse for calories and exercise. Even though I had two salads, one was a gift from a vendor(everyone else ate subs) the dressing was kinda thick. Then there was the HonkyTonk after work. I stayed away from the chili dogs, but had 2 bags of popcorn and it's always coated in margarine. I'm SURE there is trans fat it that. I may just have to quit the HonkyTonk and go somewhere better. No exercise, no time to. Not even a warehouse walk. Today WILL be better...if it doesn't rain. Have a Healthy Day.

GoodMorning. 2265 cals, 124 h2o, 5 mile. Ate at a buffet yesterday. (Not my choice) the gang is getting tired of Wendy's. But I kept good track of calories. Turkey breast, baked chicken and green beans. Trans fat has been in the news lately. I looked at all the package stuff that i buy regularly and didn't find any. But I read where powdered coffee creamer has some in it, so I skipped using it last night. Is anyone else aware of this ? Don't know if I can get any biking in today. I work late and play early. Maybe a warehouse walk. We'll see. Have a Healthy Day.

Sounds like buffet didn't defeat you! Trans fats in powdered creamer....I don't know. Do you have access to refrigerator where you have your coffee? I buy Natural Bliss vanilla creamer - also comes in plain Sweet Cream it has a little sugar in it - but it's all natural - no carneegnan or stuff you can't pronounce! Since I haven't been eating sugar in mass does lately the little sugar in there doesn't bother me.

Your salads must taste amazing!!! For while I took a break from spinach this year...got sick of it. Now I am enjoying it again. I buy bags of it and just have been microwaving it (for easier digestion since veggies are like my enemy lately) to have with my lunch at work. :)Spinach and greens are one of the "healthiest" veggies.

GoodMorning . 1758 cals, 102 h2o, 5 mile bike ride. My cottage cheese at night has turned in to fruit salad with the cottage cheese on the side. 1/2 a banana, 3 strawberries, handful of blueberries. Hope I can get my bike ride in after work. Lots of rain in the area today. Have a Healthy Day.

Looking good there, Ohio! Had to laugh at the Shar-pei comment, though. You know as we loose excess weight our bodies evolve. That will go away - I noticed a bit of the same thing a couple months ago - but now - not so noticiable.....It all evens out, I guess!

I don't tempt the god of lightning anymore. I got stuck in a predawn storm on my bike a number of years ago. That didn't do it. Learning that a family friend going out for a routine morning jog was killed by lightning years later did it. I think twice now.

She was very unlucky that day.
