Good Morning. 1767 cal, 102 h2o, 5 mi. Bike + mowing. Used both Blueberries and Raspberries in my cottage cheese. Looking for another 5k, but can't find one in my area or my time slot. Might just have a go on the treadmill. Have a Healthy Day.

I dont think ive ever had berries in cottage cheese....hmmm...also, ive heard of "virtual 5ks" thats you can do on the treadmill. I may look into it

Good Morning. 1669 cal, 102 h2o, 5 mi. Bike. I got my bike ride in. It was cold and wet and it was good. I'm switching from pineapple to something else in my cottage cheese. Just for fewer calories. last night was Apple, before that strawberries, banana... Any ideas ?

Well done! I like cottage cheese with pineapple, but it has a lot more calories than strawberries. You're doing well on your calories.

Good work on another pound down! I was just reading about how watermelon has some good nutritional benefits - an entire cup is under 50 calories. I would think any type of berries would be good too, or maybe a peach?

Good morning. 2177 cals, 102 oz h2o, No exercise. I've adjusted my water intake app for my weight and activity. Should be 102 or so every day. I ate 2 chili dogs (no buns) at the HonkyTonk. Worse place I go to for anything to eat. Have a Healthy Day.

Good Morning. Cals 2236, 40 oz h2o, 5k=36minutes. I'm off my routine for water. The 3 day weekend changed my routine. Without the structure of going to work and having all these bottles of water looking at me,well my water intake suffered. I'm pleased with my run I didn't need to walk any of it. I couldn't have done it without you guys. Looking forward to the next one now. Thank you all for being with me on my journey.
