I am actually almost POSITIVE that i just might have to take a day off exercise this weekend...or go early in the morning & I just might do that instead of skipping...

Good morning. Overslept yesterday, finished work late. Over ate. Went to bed early. No bike ride, no nothing. Working late today and musicians dinner tonight. If I can sneak in a Bike ride it will be a miracle. Have a Healthy Day.

Good morning. Up a pound from last week. I ran 1 lap at the park, 1.5miles. I could have gone further but it was so Dang hot and I didn't want to overdo it. I push mowed grass after that for about an hour and a half. Got yet another inner tube for my bike. I'm ready for another week. Have a Healthy Day.

Good Morning. My IPhone wont let me text on websites. I dont know what is wrong with it, but I'm on the laptop at work and I dont have my usual spel chek to save me from my typing mistakes. No exercise yesterday and i over ate at the salad bar (actual salad with ranch dressing and cheese). I was as full as a Tick on a Hound Dog. Hoping to get a bike ride in today after work. My knees and legs are holding up good. I'll probably do the running track thing again Saturday??? Have a Healthy Day.

Stinks you can't type on your iphone here. I'm guessing it may be an easy fix? Either way, you found a way. I always prefer using an actual computer to type here, but sometimes i do use my phone if i'm away from a computer. Convenience :)

Good morning. 5 mile bike ride after work. My legs were a little stiff the last couple days but I really think the bike ride helped to loosen them up. Good morning. Well at weigh-in this morning I recorded a solid 187 again. I ran yesterday. I ran (2 Laps), 3 miles in 36 minutes. Thanks to Horn-0-Plenty's advice I stretched out before and after running. Again only the front of my thighs were hurting as I got to mile number 3. Plenty of air in my lungs. I was Happy about that. I push mowed grass after that for about an hour. That's all I've really got to brag about. I'm happy my weight is staying constant even though I've been shoveling in too much "Good" food. Be good to each other. Have a Healthy Day.
