Good Morning. 203 Lbs today. Yesterday was 2300 calories, 119 oz H2O, No Exercise. I ate 1000 calories in chicken salad Sandwiches that I was too polite and too hungry to refuse. And she was pretty so I ate them. My allergies are back. Sore throat, runny nose, coughing. Looking forward to another productive week. Have a Healthy Day.

my allergies are back too...sore throat too....I feel sick....never really used to get a sore throat, but it is probably allergies.

Good Morning. 2407 calories, 136 oz H2O, 5 mile bike ride. I use the Calorie King Web site to find totals on foods I'm not sure about. A good source when dining out. When I drop a few more pounds I plan to adjust my intake down a little. Have a Healthy Day.

calories sound good - and, fyi, I am a female, under 5'2", and weigh around 128lbs, and many times eat around 2200 cals - so you probably even lost weight with that total. so you can be happy about your day, for sure!

Yes ! I've stopped and started diets so many times that I know the 1st 5 pounds are the easiest. Now the hard part is living this lifestyle day after day. I'm just glad that you guys are in it with me.
