Prayers, 2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, bananna, apple, applesauce, popcorn, salad, chickenbreast, turnip, 2 sugarfree jellos, Yogurt, sweet potato, 2cups soup, grapes, pb samwich, potato salad, more grapes, popcorn, CottageCheesePineapple. H2O was 118 oz. I really shouldn't have had the peanutbutter sandwich, but I felt soup alone wouldn't have been enough. What should I have done instead ? Some lady brought potato salad especially for me to the bluegrass last night. (BlessHerHeart !) I didn't eat it all, and politely informed her was on a diet. HaveaHealthyDay !

Good morning Raven - The peanut butter sandwich why don't you have an open face sandwich which reduces the bread to one instead of two. I understand you - do you eat because you are hungry or just bored? I am rarely hungry I just eat to eat. I do not have a cut off switch that tells me I am not hungry. I don't know what that is until I am so stuffed that I feel as if I am going to be sick. It is very discouraging to be like that. It is hard to explain this to normal people. Anyway you are doing good and keep up the good work. Have a great day.

OhioRaven... mmmm.... sometimes two or three days of the week to have 3-4 or 2-3 types of food. As 1. salad 2. soup 3... Maybe, that helped me maintain and even losing depending of the four types i pick for the day. Have a good day.

Yeah I have had this pain so long I don't know if I am getting better or worse and it's so stressful.

I used to eat a lot of sf jello but stopped bc it generally made me hungrier and wanting to binge either after or in the days following.

Potato salad is hard for me to resist, too. I'm afraid I've have eaten it all! Good for you! I agree with Puddles - try the open face, or 1/2 sandwich. Sometimes with soup, we just need something to chew. have a good day

Water was 102 oz. Went to a BlueGrass show last night. There was an open buffet. All I wanted was a bottle of water and a coffee. Hey, this is ain't so bad. HaveaHealthyDay.

More applesauce, another bananna, YogurtHoneyPbFlaxWheatGerm, chickenbreast, small potato, mcdonald's grilled chicken wrap, popcorn, CottageCheesePineapple, Water was 85 oz. SOUP = 1lb turkey burger, 1c long grain brown rice, 1c pin head oats, 1/2c Quinoa, 1/2c Garlic, 1/2 gallon processed frozen Tomatoes from the garden, 2 garden Onions, bunch of garden Kale, garden Parsley, garden Greenbeans, garden Squarsh, BellPeppers, bunch of Asparagus, canned Carrots, BlackBeans, tomato paste 2 tbsp salt. I know the salt is bad . Hope everyone is doing good. HaveaHealthyDay.

A few too many ingredients for me in the soup, but if you dig it, that's all that matters.

Just a heads-up about the quinoa if you've never used it, unless it's pre-rinsed, it has to be rinsed before cooking or it lends bitterness.

Yeah, Biscuit. I've been feeling pretty good. Just spending the day looking down at my gut. The soup is more of a Stew actually. The quinoa was in a Pretty Package. I'll rinse the next batch.

Real healthy eating ohio! I am telling you, veggies are my favorite drug! I eat them prepared in all ways except actually frying them haha ;) I will eat them sautéed, roasted, stir fried....etc. u can eat so many and fill out your meal and not deprive yourself if the other food - just eat less of it and indulge even overindulge in veggies! I do most days.

Yes, what do you use for soup base? I found a Trader Joe's chicken broth that is pretty low in sodium, but I'd like to go lower... All those veggies - I'll be that soup is going to be awesome. I still haven't made any....

Prayers, 2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, bananna, popcorn, applesauce apple, salad, popcorn, (no more frozen yogurt) jello, YogurtHoneyPbWheatGermFlax, soup, popcorn, McDonald's grilled chicken snap wrap. piece of leftover pizza, jello, apple, soup, CottageCheesePineapple. A lot of food today but I was hungry. Water was good ( 102 ounces) I did a little jogging in the warehouse. Not much but enough to mention. Made new soup for the week. A produce guy showed up at country music and was giving away free stuff last night and I got 2 bags full. (Turnips, cukes, bell peppers, tomatoes, sweet potatoes) I'm set ! HaveaHealthyDay !

Yep, that frozen yogurt is just like a cup of ice cream. It's just not worth it anymore. I've still got 3 little cups in the freezer at home, not at work though. I gotta get rid of them.

Weighed in at 209, Again. I'm really glad I haven't gained. Prayers, 2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, jello, applesauce, bananna, bowl of chili, salad, grapes, handful of fiber crackers, home made pizza with turkey burger and 2% cheese. I used a "glutin free" crust mix that really sucked. It stuck to the pan like glue ! And yes, I sprayed the pan with a copious amount of Olive Oil. It must have sucked it up like a sponge. I've been trying to make these pizzas every Sunday. I've tried tortillas and taco shells, now next week I'll just use whole wheat bread for the crust. CottageCheesePineapple, low on water. HaveaHealthyDay !

Good morning Raven - Congrats on maintaining and not gaining. You are doing something right. Have you ever tried the flat breads for your pizza crust. I have used that in the past and it worked for me. I admire the fact that you are being consistent. Wishing you all the best for today.

Sorry about the pizza crust. Gluten free can be dicey. I've found one brand of pasta I like - tinkyana or something like that. The rest have been nasty. We keep trying, though, don't we? Have a great day.

Hey Ohio! happy sat! and thanks for all your comments :) thanks for wishing me a good Yom Kippur too. I wrote a little about the holiday in my entry today since I know most of the folks on here probably don't know too many Jewish folks unless you live in the bigger cities.

Hmmmm, good eats today for you! Sounds like you are getting back on a roll. Lots of fruit and veggies and good grains and fiber. Keep it up, Ohio! One day you should post a photo...at least of your face or maybe the scenery where you live!? Lol I am always intrigued of the guy behind the name OhioRaven!
