2eggsBeans1bread, 2 McDonald's breakfast sandwich, co worker brought me a breakfast burrito. This is horrible. Playing at a reunion today/night it's only gonna get worse. I'll talk to y'all in a couple days...

Hang in there Raven. Maybe you should tell your co-workers that even though you appreciate their kindness you have decided to start eating healthier again. Lately you eat more fast food? Is it bc you are performing or at the bar? Vegetables can sometimes cause gas and bloating more than other foods but the leafy types - raw and cooked ones like cabbage with a little oil of course! - can fill u up and u can still eat the other foods but less of them....

Yeah looks Iike I will be getting lots of free massage and Accupuncture this fall :)

McDonald's biscuit and gravy, sausage egg biscuit, 2hash Brown's. Couldn't stand at the stove and do the routine thing. I'll try to be good to myself the rest of the day. A good show last night. Good to see the smiles on their faces. My Brother died yesterday, no need for sympathy. I hardly knew him. The part I did know, I try to forget.(work) frozen yogurt, bananna, applesauce, popcorn, 1/2 large pizza, (CountryMusicPalace) 3 chili dogs, small bag of Doritos, (home) CottageCheesePineapple. Have a good day.
