2eggsBeans1bread1cSoup, banana, applesauce, popcorn, some cheese (but not as much as Puddy), SALAD, more popcorn, bowl o" beans, frozen yogurt (100 cal.), regular low-fat yogurt, McDonald's grilled chicken snack wrap, bag of onion rings (bad), 3 pcs of candy, CottageCheesePineapple. Hope Y'all are good.

Progress as of today: 18 lbs lost so far, only 39 lbs to go!

Great job on the SALAD, ohio. As long as I have the ingredients at home, I like making salads for lunch as often as possible. They're not much to write home about, but I keep discovering new things to put into them so they're getting pretty creative ;)

2eggs1bread1cSoup, beans, got out of McDonald's this morning with just 2 cups of coffee, no biscuits. Applesauce, banana, popcorn, chickenbreast, yogurt, berries, tbsp pb, (starting to drink water again ) bowl o' beans, WendyPotatoAndChili, pb sandwich, CottageCheesePineapple. Warehouse walk. That's about it. Almost like a normal day last year without the pb sandwich. I hope I can slow down this runaway diet I've been on lately. Hope everyone is good. Thanks for being there, my DD friends.

Woke up late, grabbed 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. Applesauce, yogurt, "breakthrough" I just had a salad for lunch ! Small bowl o' beans, yogurt n granola, popcorn, 2pcs candy, CottageCheesePineapple. Have a Great Day.

Apple pie at McDonald's, small donut at church, some chex, 3pieces of fish, Greenbeans, potatoes, roll, popcorn, home made pizza with Turkey burger. 3 pieces of candy. No exercise.

2eggs, beans, 2slices of Vendor's pizza from work yesterday, bandanna, applesauce, small salad, sauerkraut, (Picnic)ham, bun, mac-n-cheese, Greenbeans, sweetpotatoes, beans, hamburger, pumpkin pie, hot dog. Worked hard at work.

Hi Raven. Glad you are posting. I can feel your pain in your messages but keep coming back. I understand the compulsive/not able to stop stuffing myself. I use to call it being on a "Mission of destruction" and hating what I was doing but not knowing how to stop. It is the worst feeling of failure to myself but there is hope don't give up because that is the only thing that saves us HOPE. Will pray for you.

Well, I can't remember all of what I ate yesterday but some of the worst was a McDonald'sbreakfast sandwich, Chinese lo-mein, 2hotdogs. I'll try to keep a food diary again and improve on it. Have A Great Day.

Hi Raven. You seem to be maintaining you weight. Little steps - whatever you do will be better then not doing anything. Don't put to much expectation and you will find it easier. I find that if I ask to much of myself I then to let myself down. If I look at it this way anything I do do is a great accomplishment. LOL It might sound crazy but it works for me. Wishing you a as good as you can make it day.

yum! I had a frozen pizza yesterday and loved it...it was the Vita brand type....very low cal, only 190 for the whole thing...I found it in a health food store and when I microwaved it, it turned into more like a big pizza cookie and the dough was completely cooked dry...but I like it that way, it lasted longer / took longer to eat! haha

Everything was going good until a change in my Tuesday routine. I found myself pulling through a fast food restaurant and got 2 DOUBLE fish sandwiches and medium fry. Hit the ditch. Maybe tomorrow...

These things happen. It's what gets me off-track too.

There's a fitness guru radio guy I've listened to for a long time and he solves this issue by being a "food carrier." He knows what he's going to eat and just makes sure he has plenty of what he has planned to eat in a cooler with him at all times.

I haven't pursued this tactic, but it seems like it would be pretty easy to implement. Another new habit to form!
