Everything is the same with me. My routine isn't changing much.I'm wanting the weather a little warmer before riding my bike to work. Its just too freaking cold. I do play out a lot more often and that keeps me busy, plus a job with overtime. So, I'm checking in with you all. Hope everyone is good. Have a Healthy Day !

1eggBreakfast Orange Salad, BigPickle YogurtNstuff WendyPotatoChili Popcorn, 1c soup CottageCheesePineapple Rode my bike into work today. I wasn't expecting to go the whole 11 miles but I had to go around a train and it took me a little longer this morning. maybe 6 miles. Have a Healthy day !
