1egg1bread1cOatsAndGroats Orange, chicken breast (baked) Salad, popcorn YogurtNstuff 1,1/2c soup Went to Dr.appt. said all bloodwork was great. But I should also lose about 18 pounds. I'm kinda happy about that. Have a Healthy one.

Good going Ohio! RYC, nearly every room in my house had ugly wallpaper when we moved in. I've slowly been picking away at it over the years. My room is almost done, then I have the boys' room and a bathroom. Then we will be wallpaper free LOL.

It's so much easier to get the exercise and workouts in when you're in a routine and feeling good :) takes some work to get back to that point, but if I can do it, you can do it. Deal?
