No exercise, just busy. I tried jogging in the warehouse but my legs were starting to ache, so I stopped.

Well that was day one of being back to "Normal" I hope it goes as well the rest of the week.

About 1 and 1/2 hours mountain biking.

I seemed to have survived both Thanksgiving AND Church Supper. Only a pound heavier from last week. It's getting warmer here in Ohio. I hope to get more exercise in this week. A 5K run coming up in 2 weeks.

Spent about an hour cutting, loading and stacking firewood with my brother.

I really don't get this holiday anymore. Im good with getting together with the family and stuff, but how and why in history did it become gluttony Thursday ? I feel awful for eating so much. And this shopping madness is insane. I guess I'm kinda glad its over.

Mmmm I love roast turkey! I'm British and I knew of thanksgiving vaguely but had no idea what it was for until my friend told me. I suppose it's nice to be with the family though :)

yes, lately, when I get to work after having a healthy, but smaller, breakfast...and especially if I am rushing to work, my adrenaline is high & I start craving sugar...so I have 1-2 hard candies in the morning instead of coffee or something else...!

Annie, I'm doing a lot of praying and only eating when I feel hunger. Kind of a spiritual week for me. Don't worry though, i'll eat good things and take a supplement. Thanks for asking though. You take care too.
