do you cook the cranberries first? I make mine into cranberry preserves by cooking them in the microwave & stirring intermittently - like every 45 seconds. :)

RYC: Oh nothing's bad about coffee if you're most people. I became very sensitive to the caffeine (and possibly other compounds) in it a few years ago. I actually used to drink a couple of pots of coffee in my mid-20s. It didn't do anything bad to me (that I know of) or seem to affect my sleep.

Now there's even a slight difference in my sleep with decaf, which (depending on the brand) may have a significant amount of caffeine.

I seem to be okay with regular coffee once again--very good news! It's good to have options:-)

Hey, Thanks Skinny. I tried to have all my meals and snacks later than normal, y'know, breakfast1/2 hour later, lunch an hour later, my mid afternoon snack 1and 1/2 hours later. It seems to work.

I get it from a store called Mother Earth, in Hamilton, Ohio. It's blended with barley, rye, chickoree root, and sugar beet. And it makes my coffee taste "Nutty".
