Hi, Hop. I always add pineapple chunks to the 1% milkfat kind. I would use tidbits but my store doesn't carry them.

We only have one real grocery store in town and they've been having either the higher fat cottage cheese or the low fat already mixed with pineapple. I don't like it already mixed in, which is too bad as I find this a really satisfying nighttime snack.

Hi, Skinny. 1Lb ground turkey burger Big onion 1/2 jar minced garlic Cabbage, sauerkraut, carrots, turnips, celery, frozen garden stuff = diced tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, canned black beans, canned spinach, Pinhead/steelcut oats, long grain brown rice, quinoa, salt and olive oil. It feeds me and the wife for a week. The daughter still eats Pizza. Have a great Day !
