I'm feeling better today. My lungs are clearer, The Ravens won their game, Worship at church was great, I stepped on the scale and I only gained one single pound. I was so sure it was going to be a LOT more after a solid week of being sick, no exercise and very little water. So yeah, I'm feeling pretty good today. I even rode my bike into work today.

I hope you're all having a great, healthy day too.

Progress as of today: 59 lbs lost so far, only -2 lbs to go!

It's official. I have been diagnosed with Bronchitis. I'm to take an antibiotic (Augmentin) 3 times a day. I will be so glad to be back to normal.

Why am I still not showing any weigh-ins for August ?

Thanks for your comments yesterday... it's tough to carry those things with us. As for how far I can run... I would not like to use yesterday as my scale haha... two weeks ago I ran for 20+ minutes, yesterday I ran for 5!

Oh sweet potatoes are good in sssoo many ways... baked with some butter, chopped up and baked in a pan with some olive oil and onions... such a great food!!

3mile run = Gearing up for the 5K run on the 22nd.

Weigh-in not as bad as I thought. 172Lbs It was just that I felt slow and sluggish all week long. ( sick ) And I really felt that I ate when I wasn't "Hungry".

Does anyone know why I'm not showing any weight on my chart for the month of August ?

For your graph and your "Progress as of today . . ." statement to read properly, you have to have a goal weight that's below whatever your "Current Weight"--the one that is below your name above. If you look at it now, since you have a goal weight of something that's (as of today) 27# below your goal weight--it shows that you have MINUS 27# to go because you surpassed your "goal weight" 27# ago! That's also what screws up your graph. IOW, stick the number 160 (for instance) in your "goal weight" when you make an entry or edit this one and it should clear up nicely:-)

Great job on the run!! And sometimes when you're sick, I think your body needs a little extra to help it recover, so I wouldn't be too upset.

Still sick. Developed a dry cough. I think the Singulair tablet is working. I was feeling less weak yesterday. Throat is still sore. Can't wait to feel normal again.
