I am sick. Sore throat, weak, gut not feeling good. lethargic, nasaly. Allergies ? ? ? My football team lost last night. I took a Singulair table from last springs allergys. Let's see if that helps.

It's definitely allergy season, sorry you're not feeling well. I just stocked up on local honey for me and my son to try to ward off the allergies - it worked really well for us last year.

Have a wonderful time at your church supper :) I love the fall supper at my church, it's such a great event. Sometimes I wish we had more suppers throughout the year, instead of just one big one each Fall.

I forgot to enter my exercise on Sunday's post. Add on walk 1/2mile, Run 1,1/2 miles. I'm trying to get some running in on every Sunday, building myself up for the 5K run on the 22nd. Monday I rode my bike 30 miles. I figure I probably could go 100 in a day...butt I'd need to upgrade to a bigger seat.(really) I took a side path and did a little mountain terrain biking, Holly, but gave it up after a while for the smooth stuff.

Mowed the lawn

Picked dried Stevia, put it in a bottle and covered it with Vodka. Gonna let it sit for a month then strain and heat it. Liquid Stevia.

Weight is up a bit 173Lbs.

Ah, popcorn. I had been eating the SmartPop brand and it's very healthy. I fell "prey" to a free sample at Sam;s Club the other day for some cheese and caramel popcorn mix....Husband has been helping eat it though! Have a good weekend.

Pastors wife was commenting on my weight loss. All good things. Not the scary stuff. Pastor said I'm 1/2 the man I used to be. I'm thinking of approaching them about me starting a weight loss ministry on New Years day. I'm sure it would be a challenge for me. I'm thinking of talking nutrition and working-out to Richard Simmons videos. Praying about this.

My Stevia isn't turning out so well. I spun the dried leaves in the coffee grinder just like the YouTube video showed, but it doesn't mix well in my green tea. I get a little "sludge" line around my cup. It is super sweet though. And makes the tea super green. I guess more research is needed.

How about a tincture--I've seen a couple of shows with an herbalist using that technique. It appears to be a little involved, but is the best thing for using many herbs. Hope you figure it out!
