Good Morning. My bicycle is in my truck. Hoping to put in 5 miles today after work. It's been a long time since I've been on the bike trail. Have a Healthy Day.

Biking is very enjoyable.

Several summers ago, I used to do it often. Nice way to keep cooler also in the summer as there's always a nice breeze while riding.

Ever since i was injured though in my legs, I haven't picked it up again. I think come fall I might. I have it in my garage :-D

Party sounds good though :-) I feel you. I've been letting my own guard down too much and also giving into temptation too much.

also gonna work on getting back on track for the rest of this month i'd say.

Almost 8 miles hot dam*! Wow.

I used to have days of 8 miles too. I was young still, mostly when i was around 24-25 i think. I used to love it.

Are you famished when you are done? I used to buy a diet drink and granola bar after for a quick sugar rush on my drive home after walking around 6-8 miles.

hey, Puddy. I always go to McDonald's after I've had my Green Eggs and Beans. They are green because I mix eggs and spinach, brussel sprouts, broccoli, celery, and what ever is handy. I always make a pot of Black Beans to last the week. I eat about a cup or two every morning. So that is my breakfast EVERY day. And when I get to McDonald's for coffee,I'm Never Ever hungry. Last night was Wendy's. a baked potato, a large chili and that's it. went to see the movie The Secret Life of pets and I ate about a bag of popcorn. when I got home I had a couple of cups of cottage cheese and some blueberries and that's about it. hope you all have a happy, Healthy Day.

yes, i do popcorn too with lunch!!!!! same thing today. i just had tuna and cooked cabbage & popcorn! filling...then i many times have caffeine, though not today bc i will drink it before gym.

Good Morning. I'm here at McDonald's just like every morning before work. Large coffee. 3 spenda, one cream. I just ate my breakfast of 2egg yolks and 4 egg whites dumped over a pot of vegetables. And about a cup of black beans. Yesterday I walked over 8 miles. Well time to go to work. I'll drop back in around lunch. Have a Healthy Day.

lol what a coincidence! i went to McDonalds last night first time in a LONG time for a 6-piece McNuggets. I brought them home to eat with some chips and veggies for dinner! :-)
