I forgot to mention my Juice for the last couple days. Sorry Diary. Also, I need to move my cottage cheese to the evening because I overheard some MMA fighters saying the probiotics stay in your gut longer that way. Sounds reasonable. The zuccini (how do you spell zuccinnii ? ) anyway It's growing strong and I have to put it in a pot of soup or something. Too much too fast. I'm sure our free store can use it. Staying busy at work. Walking down lots of orders. Time for me to get going. Hope you all have a Healthy Day, and a Happy Friday !

Coach V has cottage cheese in the evening. Ask her for specifics, but it's got lots of benefits including helping your body to slowly burn fat overnight I believe? Happy Friday!

The spelling is Zucchini. Don't know why two Cs makes no sense to me but that is the correct spelling. You are doing real good and introducing new stuff in your plan. No fencing yesterday but a long dress rehearsal with a lot of dancing and hopping around.

Our drummer wants a more stable lifestyle before starting a diet. It seems I've heard this before somewhere :v) Good to see some returning members, Hoping to see more come back.

Everybody does it their own way and in their own time and if I remember well we all say in the end why did I not do it before. You have done your part you planted the seed and now you have to let it grow at its own speed. You are doing well Raven. Next Monday's weigh-in worries me a little. It is hard to be on somebody else's meal planning for almost two weeks. Have a great day

Worked overtime, was hungry all day, snacked and snacked.

Has anyone ever spit into a glass of water in the morning ? It's a test for too much yeast in your body. I did it this morning and it came out positive. It seems I eat the right kind of stuff to keep it under control but I'm going to start taking a probiotic every morning for a couple months to see if it clears up my water glass.
