1/2 salad, minipopcorn, 1/2 BigPickle (OldGuy recommended I cut back)

Wendy's potato w/broccoli, sm. Chili.

Grapefruit, banana, yogurt.

(6) 17oz bottles of water.

Prayers.

No excersise. (maybe today)

Nothing diet related today. My pal, Kevin Miller, wanted to meet at Wendy's. He told me he is going to be building a church in Fairfield, Ohio. Him and his wife are good friends of ours and really powerful singers. I'm gonna miss them. Hope everyone stays focused on their health this weekend. Be Strong. Be Good to Yourself.

Lots of prayers.

No Exercise :v(

Dear Diary. Had a small (personal) setback. Outpatient surgery. Everything is fine. The hospital had a tube down my throat. Drank coffee/tea cause they are warm and helped my throat. Still scratchy today but I'm drinking some water today, just don't know how much. I'm at work now sitting at my desk feeling good. I walked ok?, this morning. I'm probably not stair climbing for a while. Just wanted you to know why my excersise is way down. Talk to you later.

I hope you will enjoy it. The only thing is that all is pre-cook chicken slice it up in strips - shred or slice thin slices of cabbage pre-cook and then open can put it all in together and let simmer for about 20 minutes once it has started to bubble. Enjoy. Let me know if you liked it. Good luck

20min Treadmill

MLE gave me a good idea. I park a good ways away from my office. And walk to work. Well, I timed myself and counted steps and it was 653 steps and took 6 1/2 min. So that's another13 minutes per day walking. But Im not gonna count it. It's an every day thing. Thanks MLE.

Awesome job walking to work. That's smart thinking and good follow through! That reminds me that I used to walk at lunch time. I may start again. I need to "sneak" some exercise into my day. Now, why don't you want to count it? Is it because you just want that to be "normal" activity? Keep up the good work.

That is a great idea from MLE :) A former diarist gave me a similar idea as far as walking to the CVS instead of driving 5 blocks(I know ridiculous that I waste gas like that) Anyhoo I have slacked off on doing this, going to have to start doing it more often.. Hope you have a good day :)

That's what I try to do but after several knee and achilles surgeries from football, it takes me a little longer. Keep up the good work.

it is an easy way to get your exercise in. Most of the time the only parking spot is far away. I think God just does that to me on purpose. lol lol Talk about somebody looking after my best interest.

Glad I could help! When I started this last year, I used to look for "princess parking" as my daughter calls it and she would tell me that the time I took driving around for the best spot, I could have parked at the back and walked and used that as exercise PLUS time saving. Now I look forward to the brisk walks. I like productive walking - I hated walking around the block just for exercise. That felt like a hamster on a wheel. But walking with a destination and a purpose felt great. Have a great day!

Have a great day! So that extra egg yolk that you gave up, does the dog get it every day? Love your wife's comment about being able to reach around you. My hubby and I lost together 65 pounds and we can hug REAL good now!! On a no exercise day, try to park far away from work and power walk in, or run the steps instead of an elevator. I know you walk in the warehouse, but I kept the parking and walking in my routine and it just seems to fire up a little extra cardio!

Actually I don't have to worry about the grandkids. They live 8hrs away from me. I am moving back this Summer for that reason. They are too far away boy (Mathias is 6) Girl (Danika is 4) need to get to know them better but they know me as the TV grandma because we Skype a lot. They think I am a Star because I am on TV. LOL I don't keep any of the NO NO food in the house anymore. Thank you for your comments.

A loss and a win~~ that's special! I have to make you laugh - I love football and I am usually very good with my geography, but I guess I can chalk this up to stress or maybe just old age but when we were discussing the game I said something about Ohio and how I wanted the Ravens to win and hubby said why are you talking about Ohio? I said because I want the Ravens to win. He said they are from Baltimore, and I said I know, Baltimore, Ohio! He cracked up and said you mean Baltimore Maryland. I paused, died laughing and said, oh, yeah, you are right for once!! I guess your profile name just sounded so perfect that I lost my sense of true geographical knowledge!! hahaha! So, SuperChick (Cheese) gave me a good idea. Only 1 egg yolk and 2 egg whites every morning. Tried it this morning and it was okay, but I usually have a little egg yolk left on my plate anyway. Well, I usually give this to my little dog "Pokey". When I finished this morning I put my plate on the floor and she got very little egg yolk and some bean juice. She looked at me like she got ripped off. " Is this all there is?" I said yep, Little Poker, you're on a diet too :v)

Had a great night last night. Lots of energy :v)

I was in a couple of early 80s bands in Omaha Neb. one was (Ozone), the other was (Iron Head). Lead guitar and lead vocals (they didn't care how I sounded back then) ha-ha.

Now I play Blue Grass on Saturday mornings (General Lee)

Tuesday practice (Ridge Runners) Oldies, Rock, Pop, Country, TV theme songs, you name it. I sing the low bassy stuff and harmony. We are pretty much a "Show" band. We play out once a month.

Thursday practice (Vineyard Worship Team) Christian Rock.

Saturday Night Worship Team, I play either Guitar, Bass, Drums. Depending on who shows up and who doesn't .

Sunday Worship team, rotate guitar with some fine musicians every 3rd week.

Not trying to to brag. I'm not that great, I'm not that bad, I'm just a guy praising God, having fun, giving lessons, staying busy, rooting for the Ravens, getting on in years, trying to take care of my health...
