Good morning

Yesterday was a great food and water day.

Going out for breakfast with brother and s-i-l our regular outing.  My rib was bad last night woke up on my side and I don't even remember turning but it did me no favour of sleeping on it.  I know it will take some time just no patient for not feeling well.  This really messes up my life.... lol. 

Anyway not much else to report just a regular day for the rest of it.  I really have nothing else on my schedule except if I feel like it and feel good enough will do a little bit of clean at a much slower pace of course we do not want to injure myself any more than I am right now.

I love that kind of schedule / day - where the activities & things I chose to do are by more own choice only (or at least it seems to be to me!) who knows, maybe the man above is guiding my every move - although I will never believe that! :)

I believe we choose are own destiny. Thankfully!!!!

Good afternoon

Yesterday was a good day food and water.

My rib is getting better but still have to sleep on my back instead of on my side and I can imagine the sound of my snoring at night thank God nobody has to put up with that.  I think that probably in another 3 or 4 days it will be back to normal but I will still have to be careful but not as careful as I am right now.

I went out today and picked up a few little things I needed for my salads sometimes they turn into a full meal these salads and that is ok since I incorporate my protein and dairy and everything but the kitchen sink. 

Apart from that today is a cloudy day and now it is relax time maybe even a afternoon nap who know.

Good morning

Yesterday was good food and water.

My rib is driving me crazy and no use going to hospital or dr. since they do nothing for ribs but do you guys have any idea how to help it heal faster some trick or any info I would gladly take it into consideration.

I hate not being able to do whatever I want everything is a big job I have to pre plan the smallest of jobs.

Would greatly appreciate any advise.

Good Morning

Yesterday was a good day food and water.

I hurt one of my ribs I do that once in a while I sneezed too hard.  I think it is just bruised not broken but it sure hurts when I do just about anything it will take a week or so and then I will be as good as new.... lol

Today will be a day of pampering myself so not to injure myself anymore.... lol.

Good morning

Yesterday was a little off but the train did not leave the tracks completely.  I have nothing planned for the next few days at least till Monday breakfast.  I am going out for coffee with a friend today but that is only coffee and that is very safe grounds. 

The girls are just so darn crazy don't know how we all worked together and got any work done.  These are decades long friends.... precious people to me. 

I am tired today not that I was out late but laughing to the point of crying for 4 to 5 hrs did tire me out.  Our stories never get old. 

I do not need to cook today I can manage with leftovers and my soup & salad & protein. 

Nothing else new.

Enjoy the coffee & yes agreed - coffee is always safe (and fun!) grounds...

I love "forever friends." The ones you can always count on to have a good time with. But additionally, I have learned that "forever friends" should also be friends that you can rely on to support you. Because once a friend lets you know that they are unsupportive of your dreams/lifestyle if you think it's the best for you but they don't agree (as long as it's healthy)...if they don't support something that is ok & healthy it's time to drop those people as friends.

As long as what you are doing is healthy & not harming you or anyone else, I've learned (basically these past 2 years only), that were what great friends once have to be unfortunately dropped. It's so sad when that happens!

Anyways, I also love getting together with my forever friends. It never gets old with them & we can be as silly as we want to. Unconditional love!

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day food and water.

Tonight I am going out with the girls... lol... funny to say girls it is more like the senior's club meeting.... lol but we see each other still as in pass in our late 20s...   Dinner out with the old girls..... it is at one of my favorite place and theirs also and I know what I will be having the Chicken brochette with salad and it is absolute delish... falls right into my food category.

Apart from that not other great endeavour today.

PS ---- pick up all my vegetable to make my magic soup today and I am just waiting for it to start boiling and will just let it go for about 4 hours.  It has always been a life saver for me when I get hungry and love to keep it in stock in the house.

What is this magic soup you speak of?

I am sure you guys have all seen it before 1 Lipton ch. noddle soup/4 cups water 6 little green onions chopped 5 large carrots 2 green peppers 2 can green beans 10 stocks of celery chopped 1 large cabbage (I use Nappa)just prefer it but I also have done it with plain cabbage 2 cans Stewed tomatoes 1 19 oz can tomatoe juice 1 box of veg. broth 1 cup of Salsa Medium

seasoning - salt, pepper, thype, rosemary, and whatever else you would like to put in (this is where you make it to your liking as far as taste)

Simmer until all is cooked and you can eat this as often as you want and as much as you want all these ingredients burn each other off.

I have lost 3 or 7 lb a month in the beginning eating as much as I wanted of this along with my meals.

I try to be pretty well rounded when it comes to being happy - the alternative I find is totally futile in my eyes. Brochette of Ch. is a kabob of Ch. - ch. on stick with vegetables.

Good morning

Yesterday was definitely low on food and low on water simply because I slept most of the day and did not have a schedule on the food just made a salad with protein something easy and fast to make.

Today need to go to the store running low on fresh veg which is my lifeline and thank God I love my veggies... they are a life saver plus they can be done to be absolutely tempting and fulfilling.

Overall a quiet day.

Good morning guys

Yesterdays was an unusual day.

Around 11 yesterday my boyfriend e-mailed me that he had to go to Calgary and that he had a pit stop in Toronto for one night so he offered to fly me out with him spend the evening in Toronto and the next morning he would go on to Calgary and he would fly  me back to Ottawa - why not a wonderful night away dinner out and a few drinks.....  lol ....  so I am back today and I have to admit a little tired and a little hung over....  

That is about it for me for today.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was a great day my dinner was wonderful and my water was so so.  Woke up feel like I has lost and I did down 1lb - not sure what is happenning but it feels like when I first started a year and half ago but all is good.  Not going to wonder what is going on not going there just keep on doing what I am doing.

I have some shrimps left over so tonight I will make a curry shrimp with onions on a bed of rice and my ceasor salad.

We are having another snow storm then freezing rain but it will be back up to 18C by Saturday or 66F crazy weather.  I need a little bit of heat I am so cold dont dare put my nose out the door.  I was suppose to go out for breakfast today with my brother and s-i-l but cancelled not putting myself out there plus no need to go slip sliding around.

I accomplished so much yesterday it was unreal.  The only thing I have left to do today is do a bit of ironing yes not too many people still iron but I do I actually enjoy it.... lol

Good morning

Yesterday was a good food and water day.

My posting will not be as interesting a HOP simply because I am no longer 33 but 63.... lol but actually in my head I still think I am 39.... lol  

Today is laundry day I have to start doing laundry of my Summer clothes because some day soon I figure if we can stop getting snow this late in the year Summer will finally get here.  Apart from that I have no great plans dinner tonight will be a shrimp alfredo with linguini noodles and ceasar salad that much is already planned because I have everything out.  Picked up beautiful shrimps yesterday.

Well, if you want to know, there's no doubt in my head that you had a more interesting and busier day than me yesterday :) Thanks Puddy for dealing with my nutty posts...

You live a nice life and I hope I can enjoy mine when I am 63 just like you enjoy yours. Speaking of being 63, my dad is exactly your age and my mom just a year younger. You are still a young un' even though you have grandkids. Lol, my sister has my parents waiting on her to have babies maybe in a couple years. Not sure about myself though...no man and not really ready. I'm slow. :)

I hope it warms up soon for you. I'm actually happy & fine with the cold because I get allergies in spring. So, because it's been so cold, my allergies haven't begun. I am most allergic to tree pollen. Some years, when it's warm in March, I'll have allergies all the way March thru May or June. So this is good....

anyways, let me talk about you...keep enjoying your life. I love to read that you are getting together with family & friends and with the people you love.
