Good morning to all and Happy Mother's day to all Moms

I am feeling better today my sinus seems to be better and my breathing is clearer which means my lungs are improving.  I still have a ways to go but am very happy to see some change because I was getting worried.  Today is my 6th day of not feeling well and hopefully the regular 10 day cold formula will work and I will be even better in another few days. 

My water and food has been off but it is not off track just not as routine or planned.  I have been eating when hungry and drinking as much as I could put down.  I have been sleeping a lot and I think that has helped me get through this. 

I have not gotten on the scale but that does not matter right now as much as getting myself back to healthy.  A few pounds up or down would not carry as much weight has feeling better.  So my plan is to keep myself on the road to recovery and then step on the scale.

Still quite down with this cold but getting through it.  Find myself lying down a lot because I have no energy at all.  I look like clown with my red nose..

Campbell's chicken noodle soup is good, tho high sodium. Also, Mucinex DM. Hope you feel better and congrats on how well you are doing (FANTASTIC!). :-)

Good morning to all

Yesterday was good food and water 5 glasses.

I thought I had allergies but it is a cold - nasal and cough.  I don't think I got it from my grandson but my son was telling me that 5 people in his office has a real bad cold and have been away for a few days from work.  I knew I had to had been in contact with somebody who carried the germ.  So I am taking it real easy for a little while and work through this.

Good morning

Yesterday was good food and water a little off.

Today everything back to my routine.  My grandson must have had some kind of cold or something because since I was with him I have been coughing and a little bit of a sore throat.  Leave it to kids to give you some of their bugs.

Today is a just get back on track kind of day.

or...leave it to coworkers to get you sick! totally got sick after most of my coworkers were sick last week...but also I got a horrible massage / acupuncture where I had to wait for extremely long periods of time to pass (2.5 hours total) of lying face down breathing in unclean fabrics...that may be why!

Good afternoon

Yesterday was good food and water a little off.  Of course not what i usually eat because it was geared towards a 8 yrs old but not totally off track.

I am now waiting for my next gang to come in for dinner tonight my brother and S-I-L for a burger and hot dog BBQ with salad simple and easy.  This weekend has been busy but a lot of fun.

Good morning to all

Yesterday was a good day food and water a little low.

I would like to wish everyone a great month of May.  We are starting a new month.  Time is really flying by fast.  I still have my eye on my one year journey and plan to keep my promise to myself of doing this for that full year.  September 1st is my completion of this challenge.  

We are having a cloudy day today and I am hoping that no rain will come.  This Saturday my grandson is coming to watch some hockey games with me he is 8 and enjoys his hockey he also plays hockey.  I will pick him up in the pm and pick up some num nums with him because he knows that grandma has no num nums in her house and he knows that when he leaves he brings them with him. lol lol  

No big plan for today just have a few errands to run and then if the weather turns around as they say it will I plan to get a few rays of sun.
