Good morning guys

Yesterday was another good day food and water 5 glasses.

Weigh-in this morning - nothing moved but that is good considering I was out with brother for breakfast and out with the girls for supper and had company over for another dinner last week.  This week will not be as filled with outings and company.

I seem to have a routine with the scale it does not move for several weeks then one week it just drops.  We will see if it will be the case this time.  I am always careful even if I go out or entertain people at home but it does get slightly out of the routine without going overboard.  I have always preferred the maintenance part of controlling my weight then the actual process of loosing.  Looking forward to the next weigh-in or if I get that feeling one morning that my body has dropped some weight. 

My next goal is to see the 219 number and eliminating the 220s. I do have to remind myself that I set myself a goal to attain by Sept 2015 and that is in 4 1/2 months.  I believe that it is attainable.  It will have been a successful  year of loss even if I don't attain my goal because I should be reasonably close to the goal and really far from where I started.

Yesterday was a perfect day food and water was 5 glasses which is pretty good hopefully more for today. 

Today I dont have much on the agenda but we are having another wonderful sunny day. 

Apart from that nothing much going on.

wow....so you've reached perfection yesterday with food & water....that is awesome! you know, I agree, it's good to say things are perfect. even if something is just very good, it's good to be extra positive with ourselves and say it outright when we are pleased with our choices! you make me wanna say my day was perfect too~

Yesterday food and water was back on track.

Today is such a beautiful sunny day.  Just going to take advantage of the weather today - might just start cleaning up my patio furniture and get things ready for Summer.

I am planning another good eating day and definitely going to try to get my water down.

Good morning to all

Yesterday was not a perfect food day but my water intake was very good.

Out with the girls last night and it was a blast........ lol.  My meal was not high calorie but the wine probably was the thing that got it over my normal limit but you know once in while you just have to cut loose.  Was so good to have so many belly laughs. 

Today back to the routine.  It will be a quiet day.  Really tired I guess this old broad is not as young as she use to be lol.

Good morning

Yesterday food was good and water was 5 glasses.

Did not do too much yesterday but today is the busy day with the car appointment and the dinner out with the girls.

I expect to be reasonable and I enjoy this restaurant real lean meals available. I am more interested in the company I will be with.

Up real early have to be at the toyota dealer at 7:45 am.  Not use to the get up and go early in the morning.  It is usually my easing into the morning style but not today.

Good morning

Yesterday was good food and water was backto 6 glasses.

I have not been able to do 8 glasses of water in a long time.  I have never been a big drinker of water or for that fact of anything don't know why that is but 6 glasses makes me feel like everything inside is just floating.

Today do not have much planned but tomorrow is a real busy day with my car appointment and my dinner out with the girls.  I have not seen them in about 5 months and of course most of us are back from our Winter holidays.  It will be nice to catch up and certainly have many belly laughs.  It will also be a celebration of birthdays because three of us just had birthdays within the last 3 weeks.  We are a group of 5 best friends and Xco-workers with a history going back 25 years when we were all young mothers and created a weekend escape once a year  to a cottage to just de-stress from the family life. lol lol  We all know that a weekend with the girls is the best theropy for solving all problems. lol lol.

Anyway that is about all for me for today and I wish you all a great day.

Good afternoon

Yesterday was a good day food and water real low 2 glasses.

I had my company over and that went real well no over indulgences.  Today I went out for breakfast with my brother and S-I-L and I was also very mindful as to my selection.  Since I usually do not eat so early in the morning I am sure that lunch is not even in the cards for today because I feel so full right now.  I now eat when I am hungry not because it is morning/noon/night.  I respond to hunger and not craving and find that works much better.  It was not always that way because I never had hunger pain I only had cravings and the sense that I was always hungry.  The bottomless pit.  I am sure I am not the only one to have had that feeling.  Anyway all that to say that I am full and will only eat later once I get hungry again.

I am now having some relax time and really do not have anything planned for today and tomorrow but Thursday will be another busy day.

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day food and water a little low almost 4 glasses. 

Today is my official weigh-in day and it remained the same but I do not have anything to complain about the week has been a very successful week last Sunday Apr.5th I was 231 and Sunday Apr. 12th  I am 225 - 6 lbs down. 

Having company over for dinner tonight and that is good so nice to eat with somebody across the table.

Tomorrow morning going out for breakfast with brother and S-I-L. 

Having a busy week filled with social activities and appointments.   Life is getting a little busy.  That is good.

Good morning

Yesterday was an good day food and water low again 3 glasses.

Definitely have to work on that water again - such a struggle.  I rather have the water struggle then the food struggle.

The play last night was very good but a little long my tail bone was a little sensitive after being seated so long even with the break in between. 

We are having a beautiful day weather wise and the 4 first days of the week will be mid to high teen C.  It will be perfect weather to get my patio ready.  The table and the windows need to be cleaned.  Looking forward to sitting outside and taking some of the rays.

Not much on my agenda today but I will be watching the last round of the masters.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was an excellent day food and water was up to 6 glasses.  At least I have the water up for now I know I have a hard time maintaining the water but I certainly try everyday to do it and that is as much as I can do.

I weighed myself this morning because I felt a move in the way I felt and I was right down one more pound.  It is getting real interesting the closer I get to my first goal of 200.  I realize that at one point pounds will not be falling off as easily and as fast as the process as been the past 8 or 9 months but I will deal with that at that time.  The important thing is keeping my eating healthy and just keeping myself on track.  The results are the bonus part of this process. 

So today a little bit of a lazy day and then going to see a play with my new friend that will be fun.  It is nice to have company again.
