Good morning all

Yesterday was very good food and water.

Glad to have had a great day yesterday just feels real good.  The off days are so annoying when I know better. 

Today is a foggy, misty but suppose to clear and have sun and end up being 71 -  that is promising.  I need to get out and do some errand.

Yesterday did my packing even if I leave in a week the suitcases are all open and accessible but I rather be going in and out of suitcases then at the last minute putting thing in them any which way.  I did leave out what I thought I would need so will not be doing to much searching.  There is some logic to my madness lol lol. 

I have rebooked for next year and will be away longer Dec 1st to Apr. 2nd that should cover all of our Winter up North.  I do hope to have more company next year since my brother will be retired by then and hopefully will come down.

Well done! I start packing long before a trip because I know I will change things frequently. Never pack at the last minute. Too stressful!

Good afternoon DD pals

Yesterday was not perfect with food but water was good.

Slightly off for the past two days thank God there is always another day to try to stay on track.  I should not get too disappointed it was not a bad day but still feel that I could have stayed on track and not indulge in the extra 200 calories. I also know that sometimes it is necessary to slightly step sideways to find our way back on track and this was one of them. 

Rainy day today so I have decided to start packing a few of my things so that next week I am not overwhelmed with the entire packing thing and can enjoy just relaxing and taking advantage of the nice weather before I go back.

You are right it is not much but it is still a sides step and I still have a ways to go for my goal. I think it is more the fact of caring it too far or being scare of caring it too far to the point of no return.

Good morning DD pals

Yesterday was good not perfect food and water.

I am so happy that I do not go crazy crazy anymore over food I have a certain balance not saying it cannot happen it just does not happen in large amounts anymore or as often.  I attribute it all to no sugar intake.

Today will be a good day the sun is out and planning a me day - relaxation and vegetating. lol

Work on my nails, read, long bath you know what I mean.

Good morning all

Yesterday was a perfect day for food and water 8 glasses.

I decided to get back on the scale this morning simply because I woke up feeling I had loss weight and the feeling was right I am down 2 lbs and back to where I started before the visit of my kids.  It will be interesting to see if I can reach the goal I thought I might reach for the end of March which was 230 for the return home.  Time will tell but I will give it my best shot for the next 14 days to end the month.

We are expecting another great day and I will take advantage of it.

Congrats on a loss of two pounds! That is very successful! I am striving also to get there again. For me, it's been around 2 years of weight increasing and fitness decreasing. Finally I am turning it around ;)

Good morning all

Yesterday was another perfect day food and water.

Today was my weigh-in time and I was up 1lbs so I can just imagine what it would have been had I weighed myself one week ago when my company left.  I am glad I did not do that because it might just have had a bad mindset. 

I really cannot complain because it is the first time that I actually have an increase since I started last August.  So now it is back on track for the last week and we move on to bigger and better things getting myself health and closer to my goal. 

Having another beautiful sunny day and I am on my way out to take a little bit of sun.

Yesterday was perfect food and water 7 glasses.

I am going to take advantage of the next 3 days.  The weather is going to be absolutely wonderful.  It would be so nice if I could just stock up this weather and bring it back home but being realistic it is impossible. 

Tomorrow is weigh-in day and also finding out how much the visit of my kids impacted my scale numbers.  Hoping for the best.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was so so food a little bit higher in calorie but not crazy high and water was real good 7 glasses.

So went shopping yesterday and found some real cute but unuausal looking dresses - looking forward to wearing them in the summer at home. 

We are having a cloudy/rainy day but tomorrow and for the next 3 days sunshine.  I have to take advantage of all I can get because once I get home it will be a few months before I can actually sit outside.  That is what I miss during Winter at home the sunshine and being able to sit outside. 

Defintely a relax day - whatever I feel like doing.

Yesterday was a good day again food and water only 5 glasses but I will work on that.  I prefer having to work on the water then the food part.

Today is a cloudy day and not to sure what I will be doing but will get out and do something. 

I am starting to look forward to going home and seeing some of the people I have not seen over the Winter time.

Good morning all

Yesterday was another good day for food and my water was 7 glasses.  By the end of the week I should be up to my 8 glasses and feeling much better.  Still off on sugars and feeling less cravings every day.

Cloudy day today but warm I will go out shopping today why not my holiday here is ending soon and I might as well spend some money before I go.  lol

My weigh-in will be Monday morning and I am hoping that I will be at my posted weight or better but being at the posted weight would be wonderful.  I do not feel right now that I have gained but a few pounds does not always show when you are at my weight.  If I were 10 or 15 pds over I would be feeling it I am sure.  I feel good about it all.  Time will tell.

Good morning all

I had a really good day yesterday food and water 6 glasses.

It feels so good to be back on track.  Physically and mentally I am much saner if that is a word while I am on my plan.  I usually have people over for supper at home but that is one night and then I go back to my routine but now I have to find a way of doing holidays which are several days with people around and stay on track.  On the other hand if it takes me a week to get back on track then maybe I don't have to worry but the scary thing is - will I always be able to return to my routine like this time.  It is like playing with fire once a food addict always a food addict.  I know I have to be aware of this.

Well today is good and that is all that is important right now.  It will be a tanning and relax day.

You're doing well. I usually get back on track after we've had guests or been guests or out to eat. Often it will give your metabolism a wee boost.
