Good morning all

Yesterday was another good day for food and my water was 7 glasses.  By the end of the week I should be up to my 8 glasses and feeling much better.  Still off on sugars and feeling less cravings every day.

Cloudy day today but warm I will go out shopping today why not my holiday here is ending soon and I might as well spend some money before I go.  lol

My weigh-in will be Monday morning and I am hoping that I will be at my posted weight or better but being at the posted weight would be wonderful.  I do not feel right now that I have gained but a few pounds does not always show when you are at my weight.  If I were 10 or 15 pds over I would be feeling it I am sure.  I feel good about it all.  Time will tell.

Good morning all

I had a really good day yesterday food and water 6 glasses.

It feels so good to be back on track.  Physically and mentally I am much saner if that is a word while I am on my plan.  I usually have people over for supper at home but that is one night and then I go back to my routine but now I have to find a way of doing holidays which are several days with people around and stay on track.  On the other hand if it takes me a week to get back on track then maybe I don't have to worry but the scary thing is - will I always be able to return to my routine like this time.  It is like playing with fire once a food addict always a food addict.  I know I have to be aware of this.

Well today is good and that is all that is important right now.  It will be a tanning and relax day.

You're doing well. I usually get back on track after we've had guests or been guests or out to eat. Often it will give your metabolism a wee boost.

You are definitely doing well. The important thing is that you're back on track - it's something I always have to remind myself about since I can easily fall off and stay off.

Good morning all

Yesterday was a very good day for my food and water was up a little 6 glasses.

It is nice I now have 3 days of sugar free and I am feeling much better. 

Today I am going take some sun and just relax.

Good morning

Yesterday was good food and water.

I am still detoxing from the sugars I had during my week with my visitors.  I did manage to stay on track but did have some cravings and I attribute that to the sugars because that is what it does to me. 

My water was low 4 glasses but I will work on that also. 

It does feel good to be back eating the right stuff.  There is a guilt about eating that I felt during my previous week.  It was expected that I would not be eating the same as when i am alone but I did miss my routine and since we were out all the time it was actually impossible to duplicate my eating habits even if I pick good stuff it still added up to more calories then if I had done it myself since I tend to eliminate some item in every recipes. 

So much for that aiming for another good day.

Good morning all

Yes I am back and the kids have gone home.  It was a busy week and some.  The condo feels real empty and quiet.  Wow I had forgotten how noisy kids can get. 

I am on my detox time starting today - did eat things that are not on my plan and will give myself a full week before getting on the scale.  I am sure that I have put on a few pounds because I know how my body react to holidays.  Hopefully after a week I will be back or close to where I was.  It does not worry me because I know that these things happen and will happen again and no need to get discourage while I am on this plan - it would serve no purpose.  It is time for me to just restart doing what I did before my visitors came.

Hard to believe I go home in a little more than 3 weeks.  Winter has just flown by so fast.

Good morning

Yesterday was an excellent day for food and water.

I woke up with the feeling that I had lost some weight and decided to weigh myself and yes I lost 2 pds and am below my goal weight for the month of February.  I was hoping for 235 but I will take 234.  This could not have happened at a better time just before I get my company.  It will motivate me even more to stay on track even with all the temptations that I will have in the next week or so. 

My goal is to work at keeping this goal weight through my kid's holiday down here.

In March I will set another goal for myself for the end of that month.

Good morning

Yesterday was a good day for food and water.

Today is my official weigh-in day and since I registered my losses as the week went on today I have no change but I am satisfied with my 2pd loss during the past week.  We will see what this week brings.  I am getting close to my end of month goal which is 235 and I still have 6 days to get there and only one pds to loose. 

Talked to my kids last night and they are leaving to come down on Thursday and should be here on Friday.  Looking forward to seeing them.  It has been almost 3 months seen I saw them. 

That is about all here - the weather is rain but that is ok at least it is not snow.
