Good morning guys

Yesterday was real good food and water 7 glasses.

Today was my weigh-in and my scale was down 2 pds.  I did not believe it at first so waited a little and got back on and yes it read the same.  It is a little bit of a shocker.  Hoping it is a solid 258 - time will tell.  Next week will be the true verdict if it stays or not.  Two pounds is a lot at this stage for a weekly loss.  I am much more comfortable with one pound loss a week.  Anyway I will definitely take it.

Today is going to be another rainy/snowy day.  Yes you hear right and along with that a cold sore.  Every year at beginning of Winter I get a cold sore and then at the end of Winter I get another one.  It must have to do with the change of weather if not I dont know why.

I loss more last week and yet I was out for breakfast and I had people over for dinner so my routine was a little bit off and yet the results where fantastic.

Haircuts are def the best...feels so good especially the first week you get one :)

As long as you are putting the effort into weight loss, and try to eat moderately at get-togethers and events, you will be successful! that's why you are.

because I cannot be active at all right now, listening to my PT and trying to eliminate all pain before starting any exercise at all, I feel that IF is the only way for me to go.

I have to admit that I really do not do exercise except hse work or running my errands and stuff like that. I still don't trust my knee since my injury.

Frankly I think your weight loss is good for where you're coming from. It can just be sooo hard to wrap our brains around the change. In fact, I think it can be a little traumatic for some of us. The uncertainty of if we'll keep it off and all that jazz. Just keep being nice to yourself and keep your head in the game.

We may have snow by the weekend. Highly unusual if it pans out. But it'll be near 80F tomorrow.

I was coming down my stepladder and instead of turning my body I turned my knee. I still get a a twing once in a while and I know what that mean be careful.

Good afternoon guys

Yesterday was good again food and water was better 7 glasses.

We are having a cloudy day again and quite cool.  My day does not have too much loaded into it. 

Tomorrow will be my weigh-in day since I changed it from Monday to Sunday for the month of November to have an even month weigh-in.  I am hoping that this month will bring me close to the low 250s.  I know that it might be too much to ask but I am finally starting to feel and see the weight loss now.  It is the look in my face and the hips since I put most of the weight around the middle that is where I look for the loss.

Simple eating today.  I have to keep my triggers out of my mind.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was good - food but water was a little bit low 6 glasses.

I really don't have much going on today.  The weather is quite cool and cloudy.  This will definitely be a day to relax and basically a do nothing day. 

I am starting to get excited about leaving for the Winter now that the weather is changing.  I have a few lists to start so that I do not forget anything important.  There is stuff that if I forget will not be very important but some stuff cannot be forgotten.  

Well since there is nothing exciting going on here I will sign off and wish you all a wonderful day.

I go to Myrtle Beach SC. Not as hot as Florida but in the 60s jan and feb march is really nice - the important thing is there is no snow.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was good food and water.

My breakfast with my brother and sister-in-law yesterday went well and as I said I would readjust the day all was good.  I decided to have the breakfast club and itemized the food 3 toast 1egg 1 slice of cheese 2 slices of bacon of course tomatoes and lettuce which count for hardly nothing.  I asked them not to put mayo and not to butter the bread.  I also told them not to put the side of homefries.  The side instead was fruit.  I think I did pretty good on that.  I got back home around 1:30 which was good and I did not have to think too hard about supper. Supper was a bowl of soup and later in the evening I had an apple.  Overall my day was perfect and I managed to stay within my calories for the day and go out to the restaurant.

Today will be back to my routine and I will not have to put as much of an effort in deciding what to eat and what to avoid.

That breakfast sounds delicious! Good on forgoing the butter and mayo. Those are definitely EMPTY CALORIES! And you had a good supper, too. Looks like you did OUTSTANDING! :-)

Good morning guys

Yesterday good day food and water excellent 10 glasses.

I am going out for breakfast with my brother and sister-in-law this morning.  I will make a safe choice from the menu.  No need to go crazy at this stage of the game.  I have no desire to feel bad for the rest of the day. LOL LOL

I was up so late watching the US elections last night - love to watch the crazyness of it all and already they are starting to talk about the Presidential race.   It never ends.  Anyway I am tired today so I will not accomplish much today except keeping myself on track.  I will get some rest when I get back from the restaurant.

I will decide on my food for the day after my outing so that I can balance my intake.

Great water intake, I need to get myself back to that. have a fun breakfast. I like checking the election results, too, but some of the commentators on the radio were ridiculous! :)

It's always tough for me when I go out to breakfast because I end up eating much more than I would were I home. Enjoy your family time though and like you said... just counterbalance it with the rest of the days intake.

I didn't stay up to watch the politics but I do find it really interesting.

Because there are no limits on money that can be spent in any election here in the US--they have to start talking about it the day after a Presidential race. It's sick--our system has become very very sick!

Good afternoon guys

Yesterday was good food and water excellent.

I am really cold today and I do feel a little bit dihydrated.  I sure home I did not catch anything.  I got up early and went back to bed just could not keep my eyes open.  It is a very cloudy and dark day.  It certainly does not encourage us have that get up and go.

I am not feeling the hunger today and that in itself tells me something is wrong LOL LOL.  I will keep it low today just in case I am covering some kind of bug.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was good food and water was excellent.

Today will be a regular non eventful day.  That is good.  I do not have any big plans except some errands and some house work. 

The change back to regular time really mixes me up.  I found myself getting up too early and having to go back to bed in the morning.  It takes me a few days to get back to my time schedule.  I had the same thing happen to me when I spent Winter in the central zone of the US with the one hour ahead I found myself in bed by 9:00 and it took me a week before I could stay up to 11:00.  Anyway it will all work out.

It seem a lot of people around here are getting the flu with the change of weather.  I certainly hope that it will not stop at my door.

The time change affects me too. I am still getting tired so early and waking up early too!

You are right in your comments to me about exercise. I just pray one day to be able to get back into it.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was surprisingly good food but water was low.

I had my supper guess over and all went really well.  I did not even have a piece of cake I was impressed.  I had my weigh-in this morning and it stayed the same.  It has been an unusual weigh-in week because I settled up for the month of October and I was down one pound so I would have been suprised if I would have loss any more from friday to Sunday morning.  I Start week 14 and we will see what the month of November will bring. 

I really stayed on track yesterday I had my ceasor salad with a 3 x 5" piece of Lasagna and two pieces of garlic bread.  All is good.

Back to my regular drinking water -  I seem to have a schedule for when I drink my water so when it is disrupted I tend to stray away and once that time slot has gone buy I have a hard type picking up the bottle of water.

Good morning guys

Yesterday was real good food and water.

Thought I would post early since I will have a busy day before my guess get here.  I have decided to weigh-in this month on Sundays since the last day of the month of November is on a Sunday that will allow me to have a full month of weigh-ins and will not have to weigh-in twice in one week at the end of the month. 

My weigh-in is tomorrow the day after my special supper tonight.  That should be interesting.

Good Morning Guys

Yesterday was good food and water.

This is my last weigh-in for the month of October.  On the 1st it was 267 and now on the 31st it is 260 = loss of 7 pounds.  It is more then I had expected for a loss in a month.  I would have been happy with 4 to 5 pounds but I have been given a bonus this month.  I always thought that about 4 pounds was a healthy loss for a month.  The last 3 months have gone so fast.

Today will be a getting my act together here.  They are calling for a little bit of snow overnight - yes can you believe it.  I have decided to go out today instead of tomorrow morning for the last little things I need like the deadly cake in my house and pray to God that no pieces are missing by the time I put the candles on top.  LOL LOL 

Sometimes we have to take things one day at a time and some days we have to take thing one hour at a time and that is how I will get through my next few days until my guess get here. I find it so funny that things can manipulate our minds.
