Here I am again, back at my favorite website. You all must be very busy with the holiday, since not many of you are writing. Can't wait to hear how everyone did. I'm doing fine, I guess. It's so hard to wait til Thursday's weigh-in to see how I am doing. I've been really good, food-wise & exercise-wise since the Thursday fiasco, but I don't feel any thinner. I got up at 6 this morning to go to the gym & had a good 2 hour workout. I didn't get my favorite treadmill there (under the fan) & it was really crowded. I guess everyone is working hard so the holiday won't effect them. As for me, I have nothing planned, just another day around here, so I don't have to worry about any food challenges. I plan to get up tomorrow & do a shorter workout. I figure some is better than none, right? It will probably be crowded again too. I have been very busy today, trying to get things ready for when my sister gets here. Like I said yesterday, my son's room needs a lot of work if they are going to be sleeping there. And that's the only room available. I also did his laundry today (he usually does his own & either leaves it in the dryer or the laundry basket & wears it wrinkled, yuck)(He is 22) I was in a generous mood, I guess. And I did some other house cleaning too, so I have been real busy (maybe I have burned off some more fat :-)) Also while I keep busy, I don't eat as much LOL. Although I've already had 17 points today & still have to eat dinner. Guess I'll have a lot of veggies. Talk to ya later. Thanks for listening.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. I have been doing pretty good. Went to the gym this morning & worked out for 1 1/2 hours. On the way home, I stopped to get some movies & rented 4. I figured that would be better than going to McDonald's for breakfast, which is what I really wanted to do. So my food today has been good. No cheating! Well, I gotta go get that room cleaning started for when my sister gets here in 2 weeks. They will be using my son's room & I definitely need to fumigate it LOL. I wish I had more rooms! Talk to you tomorrow. Thanks for listening.

Okay! How is everyone? I guess everyone is busy for the weekend cause there were no new entries for today. So, here I am. I went to the gym this morning & had a great workout (4.5 miles of cardio & 144 ab crunches). I think I will take it a little easier tomorrow. I plan on just doing my old 3.5 mph. music tape & more crunches. I can't afford a day off this week since I had that big slip the other day. I so want to reach goal in the next couple of weeks. My sister & BIL & niece are coming from Arizona to stay with us for 12 days on the 16th & I worry about staying at my goal while they are here cause I know I won't be doing as much exercise. I will just try to eat right though. We will be going to Niagara Falls & some other places & doing a lot of eating out. I guess I'll just cross that bridge when I get to it. What a time to be trying to stay on maintanance(sp?) When I have held my goal weight for 6 weeks, I become a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. That is what I really am working toward. So, no break in the exercise this week. My eating is going well since Thursday's little binge. I have been staying in the middle of my point range. Hope you are all doing well. Thanks for listening.

Sorry I didn't write yesterday, but I was very busy. I went to WW & then had a lot of shopping :) to do. The weigh-in was good, but then at the mall, I indulged in a Cinnabon, darn it! I had also had an Otis Spunkmeyer muffin at lunch & regular Coke. WHAT AM I DOING? Why do I do this? Oh well, I'm better today & maybe it won't hurt much, I can always hope. I went to the gym this morning & did more than 2 hours of workout, I think I did at least 4 miles of cardio, counting that elliptical thingy. I did 5 minutes, twice, on it, along with my usual hour of walking at 3.6 & 3.7 mph. (I kicked it up a notch this week) So I figure since last week I lost 1.6 pounds & didn't even do my workout everyday, I should lose maybe 2 pounds this week, even with yesterday's little binge. I have 3.3 pounds to go to goal now. Whoopee!! I think I can really do this! I sure never thought I could, back when I was at my plateau. But now that I'm almost there, it gets a little easier to resist the temptations & do my workout. I know, I know, I goofed yesterday, but I think that is necessary sometimes. And I haven't had my favorite McD's breakfast for quite awhile, so that's good. So, you all have a good, safe weekend & I'll talk to you tomorrow. Thanks for listening.

Hi, everyone! I can't begin to tell you how good I feel today. I got up at 6 & went to the gym for a good workout--over 2 hours. I felt like cheering afterward cause I increased my walking speed & didn't have to slow down any like I thought I might have to. I guess my body was ready for a change. I did 8 minutes on that elliptical thingy too. I will increase by 1 minute everyday. It was really hard cause it's not under the ceiling fan like my favorite treadmill is (they only have one ceiling fan by the cardio machines) & I started to get nauseous some (do any of you have that problem when you do cardio?) I am such a baby! Then I had to go to my son's condo to feed his cat & water plants. He went with my hubby to the lake for a few days. Anyway, his freezer is stocked with all kinds of ice cream & goodies & I was tempted to have a drumstick (you know that ice cream cone with chocolate & nuts on top, luv them) but I knew that would mean disaster at weigh-in tomorrow & I've worked too hard this week to blow it now. So I was good. I've only had 21 points so far & will have some fat-free frozen yogurt in a few minutes (2points) then I'm done for the day. Wish me luck on the weigh-in tomorrow, please, I will be holding my breath til then LOL. I'll let you know how I did, of course. Talk to you all tomorrow, take care. Thanks for listening.

Another good day, here. I went to the gym this morning, only did about 2.5 miles walking & ab crunches, 120 of those(I use 3 different machines). But I did try something new, those elliptical thingys, or whatever they are called. They just put them in about a month ago. They are like jogging, I guess, & work your arms too. I only did 7 minutes, they really give your upper legs a workout(I need to learn the names of muscles so I sound more knowledgable LOL) When I got off of it, I could hardly walk. But I look forward to doing it again tomorrow. It's fun to try new things, the old ones can get boring. Food has been good today also. And I have bowling tonight, so more exercise, that's good. Yesterday, all I talked about was the weekend & forgot to say that I went to the gym. That good little voice saved me because I turned off the alarm & turned over to go back to sleep, but she wouldn't leave me alone & kept nagging me to get up. She was right, I knew if I didn't go workout, I would feel bad all day. So I did a good workout, 2 hours. Since I am getting closer to my goal, it is easier to keep this behavior up because I really want to get there now, more than ever. My body is feeling so much better that I just want more of that feeling. So hopefully, I will have a loss this week. I still haven't been weighing myself at home & I feel a lot better about that & it gives me something to look forward to on Thursdays. Although, sometimes, I do want to sneak a peek but I'm almost afraid that I will be disappointed, so I just leave it alone.
I've read all the diaries today & it sounds like you all are doing so well, keep up the good work. If I can do it, anyone can. Thanks for listening.

Hi, everyone! How was the weekend? Mine was pretty good. I left Saturday morning for Louisville, KY, for a bowling tournament. Went with 5 other women, I didn't have to drive :) We came back yesterday. The bowling wasn't too good but we did have fun (stopped on the way back for shopping at an outlet mall) My eating was pretty good, I only ate half of whatever I got(I felt so virtuous while they all ate everything on their plates) & I made pretty good choices. The only thing I had that was kinda bad was a Graeter's ice cream cone after we'd spent 3 hours walking around a mall(so at least I had some exercise before) Oh, it was chocolate coconut almond fudge, how does that sound for a treat? It was so good, I hadn't had real ice cream for ages. And with the 9 games of bowling we did through the weekend, I guess I had at least some good exercise. Some people don't think of bowling as exercise, but with 2 people bowling on a lane, you move pretty fast & you're throwing a 16 pound ball every time. I tell you, my legs are sore & I even workout regularly. So it's a good workout. Guess I'll find out Thursday how I did weight-wise. I felt sort of thin all weekend & my clothes fit comfortably, so that made me feel good & confidant in myself. And the shopping was great LOL! Talk to you tomorrow, hope you all had a good weekend. Thanks for listening.

Hey, everybody! Just finished reading all the new entries for today but I'm just too lazy to make any comments. I'm glad to see everyone doing so well, keep up the good work.
I ate too many WOW chips today & yesterday(not that many points) but now my digestive tract is feeling the effects, if you know what I mean. So bloated & gassy, it's true what they say about them, even tho sometimes they don't bother me. Probably not a good idea to eat them regularly, since they don't have much research to go on. I still love P & G for making them ;-) I did go to the gym this morning but didn't do as much walking as I usually do & no arm exercises. My right arm has been hurting a lot & I need to save it for the bowling this weekend. Guess I'll just have to keep my flabby arms--sigh.
Well, I really need to go get some water, haven't had my usual today & I can really tell, I'm so thirsty. Have a great weekend, everyone, I sure plan to. Thanks for listening.

Woohoo! Another 2 pounds gone! I had kinda hoped for more cause I felt I worked really hard, but I'm happy with this. And, Bug, I went in to Target today & tried on a junior size 13 pants & they fit! A little tight when I sat down but, hey, I was so happy & surprised. So I guess this is really working. Jenny, when I first get done working out, I feel really great, but later, after I shower & have breakfast, I'm just beat & have to force myself to go on with the day. Today I didn't work out because of my WW meeting (I would have had to get up at 6 & I just thought I'd have a day off) but I did a lot of walking around Target & the grocery store so I haven't been real lazy. And I didn't buy any Krispy Kreme donuts today either, I bought my favorite WW dessert instead, Chocolate Raspberry Royale. Sometimes it's hard to find & I was happy they had it today. And I had a coupon LOL.
Well, I still have 5 pounds to my WW goal but I would ultimately like to go to 145 or even less. I plan on staying on this program for the rest of my life, so who knows? I saw a lady on Oprah's show yesterday who went from 405 to a size 4, so anything's possible if you work at it, right?
I hope you all have had a great day, haven't read any entries yet. Thanks for listening.

So glad they got the glitches out of here. I sure missed it here. Then yesterday, I think it was, I couldn't get to my diary to make an entry, so here I am now. I've been working really hard this week (my week starts on Thursdays cause that's when my weigh-in is), getting in exercise everyday (except last Thursday) & following the diet, which is really easy, by the way. I've been to the gym 5 days out of the last 7, & walked on my treadmill on Saturday, so I am expecting a good loss this week, I hope, anyway. I'm doing just like I did the week I lost 4.6, but I don't really expect to lose that much this time (it would be a miracle). I don't really feel any different than I did last week, so we'll see tomorrow. I'm kinda tired tho with all the working out I've done, so maybe next week I will cut back a little. I know I won't work out over the weekend cause I will be away from home for a bowling tournament. At least that's some exercise, we bowl 9 games in 2 days. It will be hard to stay within my points cause these ladies I'm going with really like to eat. But I know I can do okay since I did on the last bowling trip. Let's hope.
So, I'll let you know about my weigh-in tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed. Thanks for listening.
