Yesterday started off really good....and then ended not so super BUT i know I didn't gain any extra weight. 

This morning we got a ZONK. In the Army, if you here "zonk" it means basically, run away from whatever you're doing. We were doing this during PT SOOOO looks like I'll be doing my 3 mile run later today with my running mate. As much as I don't wanna do it....I gotta lol

B (8) - 2 Fiber 1 bar and tuna (320) 

S (1030) - Nutrigrain Bar (120) 

L (12) - Maybe some sort of salad w/ some protein...aiming for (300)

S (3) - HMM Maybe apple (100)

D (6) - TBD (300)

Exercise = 3 mile run and push ups and MAYBE insanity workout? 

Goal: 1200 for today. Low. 

This weekend my friend Danny and I are gonna work EXTRA hard on our PT. I do have to work all day tomorrow, but I'm hoping to maybe do some sit ups or push ups or something while I sit around....blah

A month till I start OCS!

 Thankfully the scale started going down instead of up. 20 lbs to go till July 4th goal! 

This morning we did an ab drill and some sprints. Nothing too challenging. I need to make sure that I keep going  and getting better for class up next month. Goal? 

Sit ups = 80 2 min

Push ups = 30 2 min (Lower than I'm used to but Im not too strong yet)

Run = 1600 2 mile. (higher than im used too.....)

Goal weight: 138

Yesterday my stats were:

SU: 65

PU: 25

Run: 1752

Clearly....I've got some work to do :/ 

B (7) - 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 tsp PB, some fruit, handful of nuts and 2 egg whites (Lots of protein this morning!) 

L (12) - HMM....were gonna continue on low carb and high protein and salads. Ill update later! 

D (6) - Something small.....low carb again. Gotta

Weight: 146.0

Breakfast (830) - Apple + total whole grain + chocolate milk = 90 + 140 + 200 = around 500

Snack (1130) - Fruit + two egg whites + 1/2 cup greek yogurt = 50 + 80 + 100 = around 250

Lunch (TBD) - Salad w/ chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions and crutons = 250

Dinner (TBD) - Salad w/ ham = 500

Exercise = 2 mile run

Total calories = 1500 GOOD!

snacks: Nature valley bars (I think I ate like 6 this weekend....no joke) = 900


Exercise = 2 hours of cardio. Gotta lose the weight somehow....

 I dont even want to look at the scale tomorrow.....i DO know I eat a lot this weekend, but I can really only blame myself...I DID eat a heck of a lot of sushi this weekend....Sushi is healthy right? 

Tonight I have a 12 hour all night duty. Thankfully, I don't have any food to snack on so I won't be munching away all night. Tomorrows plan is to just eat breakfast healthy and to then sleep :) 

What do I look forward to? My clothing fitting me properly again. I hate that tight feeling....URG. Well, ill be back to 125 again soon enough....As for now, hope everyone had a lovely weekend!

Hey all! So today was a pretty healthy day I think....maybe could have done without the chips and biscuit but were working on it! 

BOY was PT good this morning. A lot of push ups and ab work...tonight I have duty from 7 pm - 6 am so Ill be riding the bike here in the barracks for a bit :)

Food today:


- Fruits (mixed melons and grapes), Some peanuts, cottage cheese (1 cup),  2 egg whites


- Some eggs and potatoes, bite of a biscuit, coffee


- Honey glazed bbq chicken, Salad w/ light italian dressing, Carrots and cauliflower


- Some tortilla chips, Apple

PT: Push up, sit up drill + bike riding (2 hours)

I've gained weight..........15 lbs from when I graduated in November :( We gotta lose it!

In other words, not a butterbar just yet. Still a holdover. Classes being March 17. ID LOVE TO LOSE 10 lbs by then. Well make it happen :) OH! and guess whose gonna be a pilot? Me. Just got word I'm off to Fort Ruckers for flight training after officer school. Whoo hoo

Its freezing here in Georgia too!

Welcome back Cheese! Even though you've gained, I bet you are super fit. Remember, it's not always about the scale and if you're training vigorously you're going to need some extra pounds.

Hey all!

I'm here lol. Its been awhile and I've been super busy but also EXTREMLY unhealthy....so were going back to the roots. I start class Jan 23 for Officer School....so we gotta work on push ups and sit ups. Unfortunately, I hurt my hip :( so were taking things slow. 

I'll post more later, but for now....its a YAY! MORE ENTRIES FROM ME! lol

 Hey all!

SO today I start my healthy journey over. Its kind hard to plan meals here since its always a mystery what I'll be eating....but more likely than not they have something that healthy at the dinning facility. However, I also have duty today...so 12 hours of staying up...protecting the country from bed bugs and creepy crawlers.

Food so far:  Breakfast: Subway 6 inch turkey with pepperjack and a little honey mustard (400)

Lunch: Chicken, brocolli, some mashed potatoes and a salad w/ bluecheese dressing (500)

Dinner: Foot long subway turkey and pepperjack w/ little honey mustard (700)

Snack: 2 apples and some peanut butter, 10 pretzels, and 1 150 cal slim jim. (500)

And after this is where the 12 hour duty shift begins....Sadly, yep...Ill be up...eating haha. The army is gonna make me gain weight! Ill work around it though....

TOMORROW is my first veterans day as a soldier...SO free food! lol. Maybe, well see how tired I am....

I shall be back!
