Today shall be some clean eating since I realllly need to break this plateua. The closer I get to my goal weight, the harder it gets :/ SO, no more pb after today :( , no more pretzels or tortilla chips...and no more sugary stuff....Well see how this goes!

I really do appreciate all of your comments about zach. Its hard, but we'll coming out swinging :) I only have 2 weeks left till he comes home from arizona and I am beyond excited. Lets see if I can put a two good weeks of exercise in!

Heres to a good monday! I've got work, homework, gym, and clean eating on my list!

S (9) - Greek Yogurt + pretzels (maybe 200)
L (12) - Carrot sticks, celery, other half apple veggie soup (120 + 100 = 220)
S (3) - 5 yogurt pretzels (19 x 5 = 95)
G (6-7) - Hour of cardio, arms and abs
D (730) - Talapia w/ kale chips = 400
Total = 420 + 200 + 300 + 100 + 400 + 100 = 1500. good!

You know those days where you don't eat enough for dinner and then you wake up starving? Oh yeah, my body just turned on because of it. I guess I have an hour less of sleep but thats okay cause I can write to all of you about the stuff that has been going on!
First, the interview is with the Army Corps of Engineers. The location is right outside of Chicago (LOL, yes V - Chicago) and I would be doing oh so lovely skills of Cartography for their Emergency Management department....basically in the interview they told me I would be head of tornado mapping in the mississipi valley region. Needless to say, I will be so excited if I get the job because.....well...I've always wanted to do that lol. We find out on monday if I get the job or not.....
Now, my dear dear hubby. My one and only honey bunch zach lol. Based on the photos I show there is nothing wrong...and there IS nothing wrong with us. But he has a somewhat strong PTSD. He gets a lot of nightmares, lashes out in anger for no reason, and blames himself for a lot of little mistakes. He usually asks me between 5-6 times a day if he a good person, if he will be a good dad one day, that hes sorry for being a bad husband, he's sorry he can't take care of me....etc. I've become really good at knowing when he gets in his depression slumps, but since he is in arizona and can't be with me all the time....its been a real struggle for him. He doesn't want his command to know, because for some....odd....reason....he still wants to go to afghanistan in January. Why? I don't know. Maybe its that call of duty/ their passion and feel that they are only doing their job there. If it was up to me, he wouldn't go because a year in afghan totally frightens me about what he will be like in January 2014. Anyway, he has been a bit suicidal over there and I had to tell his unit sgts that he wanted to do some bad things. They have him on a watch and he needs to speak to a doctor everyday that he is in arizona. They also want to put him on some antidepressents, but knowing him, he will just spit them out. We'll be okay. I just feel for my poor knight sometimes :(
I have some soul searching that needs to be done. I haven't lost the weight fast, but my mind still thinks I'm at 170. Even after all this time, I still see the same person in the mirror and it worries that when I do reach my goal...I will still see a larger version and want to keep going. We will see.

I wish you the best of luck on the job front, I so very much know how you feel when you're searching for the right job that you feel passionate about. With regards to your husband, I am so so sorry to hear what a hard time he is going through. I can only imagine how difficult it is to have him on the other side of the country, when you need him hear to put a smile on his face. I think you did the right thing reaching out to those around him since you cannot be there yourself. I hope they see that Afghanistan is not the place for him right now, no matter how much he feels he should or needs to be there.
There is no doubt that I have body dysmorphia. At 128 pounds (and I'm a tall girl) I still thought I was fat until a boss called me in and told me he was worried about me. I never saw the skinny girl with the ribs protruding and concaved stomach. Then what happens?? I gain loads and loads of weight and I don't see the fat girl until I see a photo of myself. So weird.

The interview went great!!! I find out on Monday if I get the job and then......I guess its off to Illinois! My life is turning out to be one big adventure.....I think Ill end up writing a blog about it LOL. It shall be called something like "The Cowboy Boot Convert".....I think the title explains it all ahahahah
I have to take a sleep test today and I have no idea what that means.......but ill update about it later. I'll also update about zach.............not good update on him :(

My anxiety is at an alltime high today! URG lots of stress....My proctor for my exam still hasnt emailed me when I need to take the midterm and its due tomorrow! I need to get my car registered and I have a job interview on wednesday that Im not ready for AND I have an assignment due thursday night.....Lord have mercy Friday can't come soon enough but it also can wait!

Someone thought I looked 85 lbs this weekend...and I just looked at him with a "are you kidding me?" and he changed it to 110 max. Although he has no idea how much 85 lbs really is....ha, it made me feel somewhat good! Generally, I'm getting smaller...even though the scale isn't moving I can tell by my neck/shoulders/arms its all slimming....even if my tummy isnt, but were working on that!
