Woke up a bit hydrated so I'm gonna work on that today. Still no period....I believe its either not coming this month or itll be very very late. Zachs coming up here this weekend so we may go out and buy a test. Blah.

D (9) - Balsamic Chicken w/ cous cous
Exercise = 50 min cardio, 30 min boxing, weights (arms)

Woke up super early and now I'm all tired. BUT its gonna be another beautiful day so I hope I can at least get outside for a little while.
Also, so this month about TOM is weird. I have 4 days late. I am wondering if this is my body getting adjusted without birth control? Anyone else experiance something like this? Previous 2 months have been fine, but this one is just weird! I have no signs of TOM or pregnancy really (only a little naseous this morning but very slightly)...HM these things always freak me out :/ Ah the wonders of being a woman!
B (630) - Breakfast on the go
S (930) - Green Tea (sugar free)
L (1230) - Left over spinach and salad w/ piece of chicken parm
D (6) - Veggie Burger and bean burger (no buns) with some baked fries (a little too much but i think i can burn it off)

Once again, no surprise with the weight gain. I ate lots of salty foods yesterday AND still waiting on TOM....3 days late. Were gonna give it another week and then well worry lol.

Since there are no men on here (so I think?)....WHY do they not clean up after themselves???? I am here in NC and I have the entire day to myself until Zach comes back home from being on base. He hasn't done laundry in 3 weeks, there is absolutely no food, the sheets havent been changed IN A MONTH, and everything is dirty and dusty and grimmy....the toilet seat...enough said...OY! Needless to say, I am happy to see the boy :D
Anyway, as you can see today will be a cleaning day for me...
Weights up but I'm not too worried about it. I'm hecka sore from my boxing routine the other day. I like it :) I also found my bathing suit one piece for swimming laps. I think Ill bring it back to DC with me.
B (8) - 300 cal worth breakfast (can tuna, turkey suasage, and whole wheat bun)

Hello all! Feel much better! All rested and relaxed. In 2 weeks is my "full-time" employment review and interview part 1 here at the applied physics lab and they are gonna negotiate on getting my PhD if I am allowed to stay. Also, I have a job interview with the Corps of Engineers in 2 weeks SO! July is turning out to be a great month!
Below are 2 photos I took at the Udvar-Hazy Air and Space Museum at Dulles Airport. The first is the gifts I bought for Zach and me. He gets the blue p-51 to put in his office since my favorite color is blue and I get the yellow and red one because those are the Marine Corps colors. The second picture is the Discovery Space shuttle. I can't believe it has gone up to space 69 times and is still standing. If you ever get to come to DC, i suggest going to this musuem (especially if you have kids because they will be SO amused by all the different airplanes, i know I was ;) )
The BAD D word came up yesterday. Yes, deployment! ARG. I've survived one with you ladies, and here comes #2. Shouldn't be for awhile, but guess who has his "pre-training" coming up in october :( Another month without zach in october after being gone from June-August, and then another 9 months come February.....At least by then I'll be settled job wise and we can work on buying a house :) and ill have some Sara time to get sexier ;)
Were gonna be really good food wise. I woke up a little dehydrated so were gonna drink a bunch of green tea and water.

While I'm dong this my husband is doing 100% raw vegan cleanse... That I cannot imagine!!!
Ugghh on the D word... My best friend and college roommate's husband is in the national guard and just was deployed for the first time last week, so I'm trying to support her... I cannot imagine how hard it is on your military spouses! I give you SO much credit!!!

Well, not quite. I'm still a bit sleepy but I'm sure that is just morning tiredness.
Today we have a field trip (Ha, makes me feel like were in elementary school) to the Udvar Hazy Air and Space Museum. I've never been so it should be fun! (Also, its an entire day off of work so thats extremely fun too! lol)
Were gonna attempt to eat healthy and workout later. OH YES! I've also started weight watchers..well see how that goes. I get normally 21 points so....hopefully I'm good with that!

Well I didn't lose anyweight this week BUT i didn't gain and after this terrible weekend of eating, I am sure glad about that!
Brought my boxing gloves back from NY so I'm gonna start boxing more since its not only a great workout but a great destresser too!
I slept terribly last night so hopefully I have enough energy to do a full workout today. I'm gonna eat light just in case I'm too tired.

S (10) - Pretzels
L (12) - Salad (Lettuce, brocolli, black olives, chicpeas and 1 egg) and Nature valley granola bar

i doubt the scale will be friendly to me tomorrow BUT its ok. I hardly mess up so yesterday was a let day :) And boy did I eat some good food at that party
Today is a new day and were gonna try to eat clean for most of it.

Hi! RYC - My Insanity results so far - I haven't weighed or measured myself recently, but at the end of month 1 I had lost around 6 pounds and close to 8 inches off my body! They say most of the real stuff happens in month 2, but since I had a month's break in between, I don't know if that will ring true for me. Doesn't matter though - I feel fit and healthy and that's what counts!

Good Luck with your test! Have fun shopping. A break from work is always good. I like the grocery for my "therapy". I like to take my time and look at everything and get ideas to cook for the following week. I don't buy pre packaged foods, but I look at them for base ideas. If I think "That looks good" then I read the ingredients and buy them fresh and goggle recipes with good ratings. Relax, take a deep breath, anxiety will make TOM late too...

I tried low carb before but it just doesn't agree with me...maybe it does with others...I think it is easy to dehydrate doing low carb.
