I have no idea how I did it but I have lost another 2 lbs this week :D I didn't eat that poorly in Arizona, but I didn't eat the greatest and I surely didn't work out that much....but I'll take the weight! Now on to the next 10 lbs....
Also, has anyone ever just gotten so hungry they eat and eat until they can't stop...Well, Thursday night I was so hungry I ate an entire rotisserie chicken...yep...ha
Today's agenda is going food shopping, doing to the gym, and definitely doing some laundry....
B (930) - Nature Valley Oats n honey bar
L (1230) - 7-11 sandwich :(
D (630) - Hummas w/ pita bread (probably a little too much bread too)
S (930) - Apple w/ a little bit of nutella
Exercise = 30 min elliptical, 20 min stairmaster, squats

I feel bad about the two slices of papa johns I had for lunch and small slice of cake :( But, I've been doing so good I think TOM decided to get the better of me.
If Zach comes tonight, this will be my last weigh in till Next Saturday :/ OY! I hope I don't gain any weight in arizona, but somehow between the heat and the not being by food all day I think Ill be okay....
B (7) - Oats and Almond cereal + almond milk
S (10) - Plum + Hot Tea
L (1) - 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 slice veggie (papa johns) + small slice of moose cake (I'm gonna say lunch was around 600-700 calories)
S (3) - Not today in place of cake.
D (6) - Veggies and chicken for dinner tonight!
*Exercise = Gonna burn off those pizzas! :) Elliptical, Stairmaster + some boxing :)

Ah, the dang Mr. TOM has arrived....making me grouchy, tired, and hungry. Well make sure he doesn't get the best of me.
Working full time and taking two graduate courses this semester will be a doozy. Hope I can fit that, plus exercising and eating healthy, plus being a good wife into the mixture. Only 2 more years to go......
As for exercise, last night I went into the martial arts studio at the gym. it was awesome just to have a punch bag and take off your shoes and go at it! I think Ill do something similar tonight! :)
B (7) - Corn flakes with almonds + almond milk (The cereal here is extremely exciting...)
S (10) - Peach
L (12) - Balsamic Vinegar Chicken w/ some frozen veggies, carrots and celery w/ some ranch
S (3) - Another Peach (right at the moment though i feel like hell....urg period!
D (6) - Salad (They have BBQ wings and BBQ for dinner w/ coleslaw and that whole mess....but I don't think my stomach will be up for it) (Update: Feel like poop, so I may just skip out on dinner :( )
*Exercise = 30 min elliptical, 20 min stairmaster, 30 min martial arts studio...(Update: might skip out on this too...)

I leave to Arizona on Sunday morning and zach may come on friday night till sunday morning. Boy do i hope so, I miss his face.
Well be going to the Annual Planetary Geologic Mappers Meeting....so..its gonna be a confrence of space nerds that like to make maps lol. Hopefully I will meet some cool people and learn something new from the workshops! Then back to baltimore/DC on next friday! All i know is that AZ is gonna be HOT!

Today was the first time ive ever tried almond milk. To me, it tastes just like vanilla ice cream :) I think were going to use this instead of skim milk from now on....ALSO its 20 calories less :)
Tonights dinner will be interesting. They are serving pizza, ceasar salad, pasta salad, and ice cream....sounds like heaven but I know I will be good and maybe have 1 slice or just the salad....I will be good! (Gotta keep telling myself that)

everytime i go on a trip, i end up losing weight....even when i eat crappy! HA i think i need to keep going on trips. Ill be at my final goal extremely soon if I just didnt work...even lol.
Going home was AWESOME! I haven't been home since october so my mom cried and cried and cried. Only happy tears though lol. AND I'm officially the same size as my twin sister. Growing up I was ALWAYS larger (even when we were toddlers...) BUT now my butt, legs, and even waist is smaller. She is pretty petitie so she will always have a smaller frame, but we wore the same jeans :D

So, I haven't seen my family since October.....which is a really long time! So I've decided to take a little trip to NY for the weekend. What does that mean? No exercise or really healthy food......At least I can bring my dirty laundry home!!
Today we will try to make some healthy choices though....

Hey everyone! I'm back! I'm here in maryland working at John's Hopkins applied physics lab with NASA and doing some pretty cool projects!!! Right now, I'm working on a project for the Mercury Messenger mission. Back in 2008, we sent a satelite up to Mercury to take some pictures. I'm helping out by analyzing some geographic locations and figuring out why some land is weirder than other land on mercury.....Yep, ha i tried to explain that in nonscientific way...
I'm currently staying at the University of Maryland's campus which isn't in the best part of all places but to get to the gym I have to walk 15 mins there and 15 mins back....so we have an extra 30 min walk per day.....I also need to find a scale.....
All of the girls in the program are awesome....the guys....well, there is this one AHOLE that just says everything as if he has something stuck up his you-know-where. He's the kind of guy that asks you questions and if you get the answer wrong hes like "oh well i know it, i'm smarter than you!" URG pisses me off.
As for my exercise and eating habits, since I left to St. Louis (WHICH was amazing! Extremely humid but the people were awesome) I have been eating not the greatest. I actually came back from St. Louis though a half-pound lighter which surprised me! I haven't been on a scale since last week so I really really hope I didn't gain any.....but I think I have.... :( Its no joke when they say the last 10 lbs are the hardest to lose....
Heres the plan for the day!
B (7) - Special K cereal w/ strawberries and skim milk
S (10) - Nonsalted Pretzels
L (1230) - Carrots, peppers, and salad (black olives, tomatoes, lettuce, FF honey mustard, some bacon bits, and brocolli)
S (330) - Left over carrots and pepper with some hummas
D (6) - Half whole wheat bun, turkey burger w/ slice american cheese, tomato, onions, lettuce, some pasta salad and some french fries ( BAD SARA :( )
S (9) - Green Tea + some pretzels
*Exercise = cardio for an hour + arms and abs
