Greak weekend of working out and eating right! So much so that I literally had to wake up twice last night because I guess my body was super hungry. Meh, it happens sometimes.
Weigh in results? No change in the scale, but im pretty sure ive lost some inches. Which is good, since that means I'm gaining muscle. BUT im not too worried since I sent zach a photo of my progress in a dress I found for an upcoming wedding and his reaction:
"haha, so a lot of people are looking at me right now. i saw your picture and apparently let out a pretty loud, "wow" haha...whoops lol. you look great kid, honestly." < Who would care about the scale after that 
Speaking about the boy, the marine corps found out he has heart disease....which really scares the crap out of me, since he never told me he "lied" to the marine corps about it (A "OOPS...I thought I told you back when I applied that I kept it hush hush...OOOPS :D").... When he comes home we are doing the whole works for his heart business (he had a minor heart attack when he was 17 and they STILL let him into the marine corps, i do not know how....). Anyway, I need to start reading about heart conditions and healthy foods to make him....Athletic wise, he's perfect. Has 10% bf and all that...just his heart gives me trouble :/ Poor kid.
I slept terribly last night. SO i have a feeling tonight is gonna be an early one. ALSO! RESTARTING INSANITY! Yes.....might as well right? Lets see if I can actually stick to it....Did day 1/60 whoo hoo haha. I really want that shirt.
We are also saying goodbye to lunchtime yoga and stuff that requires extra $$ to be spent. One of my closet friends lost her job and her husband is like Zach, just go out of the Marine Corps. SO they are both jobless. We promised to help them out since they helped us out and thats what friends are for. SO for the meantime, its gonna be yoga videos on youtube at home...which is fine by me

TGIF! Ah, i needed this day for so long. This week mentally drained me!
As suggested by V, Im gonna cut all carbs after 3 out of my diet...so adios popcorn and bread at dinner. Maybe this will switch things up. Took my measurements today - nothing really changed :/ SO, this month will be taking all that I learned this past month and adjusting the diet. Also, switching up the breakfast too (since its usually my biggest meal). Gonna try to eat something small when I wake up and then breakfast here at the office.
Other than that, not much else is going on. Mr. handsome got switched to a new shift, so his work schedule is 2am-1030 am....which means that if I wanna talk to him through email at that time, its gonna be to me "Ok Sara, get up and do morning cardio!". Early bed, early up. Which is fine by me since I can sneak in 2 workouts :)
Im gonna try to stick to the every 3 hour rule, but ive brought extra snacks in case I do get hungry.
(Self note: Buy this weekend greek yogurt, peanut butter, fresh produce, beer bread ingredients (for zach))

Yay got my wish for snow....However, i still have to go to work.....bummer....Unless I get to work and no one is there. I'll bring my gym clothing just in case.
Slept a mediocre 6 hours last night. Still kinda tired this morning, but Ill make sure I get enough water in today. Could help a little.
Didn't end up doing weights last night due to the fact that I wa tired. Got some good cardio in, but today strength training is a must........Even with all this snow! Im sure the gym is open
Also, how is it almost March already????

I love love LOVE the fact that the more I work out, the more I can eat. OMGosh I love food. Hahahah. I seriously think Ive never eaten more in my entire life than I do at this point...which is great since Im maintaining/losing weight slowly.
Got Zach's homecoming date! I cant tell you the exact date but heres a clue: Take Independence day, add a month and 4 days. LOL. Thats my deadline to sexiness :D Though he already thinks im all that and a bag of chips - rolls eyes -
I did some plyometrics last night with Shaun T and I didn't wear sneakers while doing the dvd....that was a mistake so no Insanity tonight, just good ol' elliptical and bike.
Its "suppose" to snow here today...but so far weve been missing the good stuff. I hope this is NOT the case....since I like in an apartment, have a garage, and could potentially get off work hahaha. I guess Mother Nature will let us know.
By the way (sorry gents that read this), Mother Nature has decided to not come this month again. The trend is every other month. July, Sept, Nov, Jan, March?I just hope it doesnt screw me over when I do wanna get pregnant :/
My sister just called me and asked me "how do I lose weight....without changing my diet". She eats very poorly...and she was this tiny little thing growing up and I ALWAYS weighed at least 50 lbsmore than here (when we were 14, she weighed 85 and I weighed 180...yeahhh...100 lbs difference!) Now that were older, she loves bagels and chips and calorie dense food...and I dont lol. So convincing her to change her diet will be tough! BUT im up for the challenge :)

Same thing, new day! Gonna push myself really hard this weekend to see If I can get out of this 127-129 plateau....which means really really clean eating. I can elimate peanuts from the "no" list which is good! I definitely think though its mainly the gluten and dairy, but so far so good!

Waking up hungry stinks, but... It usually means your body is ready for a loss! Good luck on sticking with the insanity! I know you can do it!!!!
Not sure what kind of lactose free cheese you got, but when I was eating vegan last year, I found this vegan cheese called Daiya... It comes shredded and in blocks and it is the closest to the real thing I have ever experienced... Maybe its a little better? I hear you though, nothing like the real thing!!
That is very scary about Zach!! I think the fact that he is in great shape athletically definitley is a good thing in terms of heart health... Also, if he can adopt your diet when he comes home it will be helpful as well!

You are kicking butt, and what a nice reaction from Zach! :) That is definitely scary about hear disease. Mine has high cholesterol and he's agreed to try my new diet with me. I think even cutting back on the animal proteins and fats can make a difference with heart disease, so you could start out small and see if there's any improvement. It definitely helps to do this with someone else - I would have done it alone anyway, but I'm glad to have the hubby's support. Your foods look amazing today!

Hey so you know Shaun T and his "Shauntourage" started Insanity today as well..If you are not on his fb fan page well you should do it today..That will def keep you motivated in a big support group like that, in fact Friday he asked everyone to post their before shots on his page :) Man I so wish I was doing it with you and the rest of the Insaniacs but I am on week 4 of the 8 week Asylum 1 and 2 program..I am with YOU guys but a different program..LOL Have you seen Shaun T with hair yet? He is still hella sexy but I like him better with a shaved head ;) Anyhoo I want you to have that shirt, it is a badge of honor <3

Yeah, with a reaction like that from Mr handsome I would not worry a bit about the silly scale!The heart issue is scary, hopefully it is all manageable and won't cause any problems. Good job exercising!
