 Well sunday and yesterday were kinda bomb moments for food and no exercise, but im here in New Hampshire and at Dartmouth and its beautiful here that I'm about to go for a hike!

SO I made a youtube account to document my army journey LOL. So far so good. If you're bored hhahah

D (3) - Turkey and swiss sandwhich (500)

Total = around 1600

Exercise = Running, sit ups, push ups, and hike.

S (330) - Small USO Sammie (maybe 200)

S (930) - Burbon chicken and veggies....not the smartest Meal but ill do better tomorrow (hmm...maybe 600?)

Total = 1700 :/

WELL I am back from the military processing center. Needless to say, I dont wanna do that again....but I have to go back in 3 weeks maybe, so well see. It was a long process. Passed all of my medical stuff with flying colors. Weighed in at 126 for 5'3'' and I was like "oh wow! Lost some weight!" lol. 

I've also really really dipped down weight wise. Don't ask me how but I guess all that clean eating has been paying off! Cant give up now! 

Todays agenda? Some running, sit ups, push ups, CLEANINGGGGGGGGG my apartment! and maybe hanging out with some friends. We shall see :) 

S (6) - Protein powder w/ water (120) + cucumber (60) 

B (830) - Sweet Potato (110) + Canned tuna (120) 

L (1130) - Salmon (100) + apple (60) + almonds (100) 

S (130) - Carrots (175) + Brocolli (100) + Tuna (120) 

D (8) - Subway sammich (400) 

Total = 1465

Exercise = push ups, sit ups, and 5 mile run

Rest of the day TBD!

Ended yesterday on a pretty good note. Could have gone without the cheese popcorn and didn't get my insanity in BUT i know myself...and I could have binged completely last night. Alas, I didn't. Go me haha

Tomorow i go to MEPS (Military enterance processing station) until Friday for taking the entrance exam, doing a physical and security clearance. Usually when you enlist you go to MEPS and sign your life away right then and there (i kid ). However, since I'm going the officer route, I don't sign anything until after I have an interview with some fancy Army dudes and then I go back and then I sign.....BUT tomorrow is a big day. SO, today will be clean eating most definitely because on Friday, they take my official weigh in and measurements (I'm good for passing. I think max is 32% bf and for 5'4ish you have to be around 147-150 lbs so im good...but still, wanna be the best I can be).

SO! In order to be really good I've been carrying around a Tsp in my bag. hahaha i know...its a little sad, but if I didnt, hummas, pb, any kind of dip, would be 1000x more calories.

Usually I wake up and do some sort of exercise (push ups, sit ups, etc). This morning I was way too tired, so I'll do it sometime this afternoon before working out.

B (5) - Med apple (80), Protein powder (150), almond milk (60), fiber1 bar (90) = 400 

S (8) - Sweet Potato (100) + String cheese (100) = 200

L (11) - 2 Tsp hummas (40) + Carrots (175) = 215

S (2) - Sugar Snap pees (105) + 2 veggie burger (140) = 175

S (4) - Apple (80) and almonds (100) = 180

D (7) - Salmon (150) + cucumber (60) + Sweet Potato (150) + bean sprouts (40)= 400

Total = 1570 

Exercise = Just the gym today. Cardio and some weights

GO, Cheese ! Hey, when I started up with you guys I would take a BABY spoon with me to restaurants so I could eat Chili SLOWLY...and it's still working for me :v) So your spoon trick is a great idea.

Morning Morning. Happy tuesday! 

So i didnt end up working out last night. Was way too tired and i think my body just needed the extra rest. No biggie. Ill pick it up today

With a few exceptions (like string cheese haha) I've been doing pretty good being semi vegan. I think Im gonna try to limit the amount of animal biproducts and meat (except fish) as long as possible

B (530) - Apple (60) + string cheese (100) + some protein powder and almond milk (100) 

S (715) - Fiber1 bar (90) 

S (9) - Carrots (175)  and 2 Tsp hummas (40)

L (12) - 2Tsp hummas (40) and steamed veggies (180) and veggie burger (70)

S (3) - Veggie burger (70) and huge apple (maybe 200?) +cheese popcorn (250-500...well at least its gone...honestly, no idea the amount of calories, but id say around 3 cups?, 300? )

D (7) - Veggie burgers (180) + sweet potato (100) + Salad (100) 

Total = 1585 

Exercise = Hour of cardio, Insanity, and weights 

Update later!

Good luck on your vegan journey! Anyway that can pull that off, or even come close is amazing in my book... cheese and I have had just too long of a love affair for me to walk away now haha.

Well i woke up super hungry. Oh man super super hungry! Guess I didn't eat enough yesterday! Even dreamt about eating a whole gallon of vanilla ice cream lol  

Lost 2.2 lbs this week. Ill take it! Now....not to gain it back lol.....I may be eating a bit more tonight since I didn't bring too much food yo work but I may go out to lunch so well adjust accordingly

B (5) - 2 small apples (120), 2 scoops of pp (220), almond milk (60), veggie burger (90) 

S (8) - Fiber1 bar (90)

L (12) - Carrots + almonds (275)

S (3) - sugar snap peas (140) + Kettle corn (oops... around 500)

D (5) - salmon (100) and sweet potato (150) + Veggie burger (90) + cheese (50) 

Total so far: 1895. Too high today....

Exercise = Hour of cardio, insanity, arms and abs 

Update later!

S (930) - cup of celery (20) and canned tuna (120) + almonds (100) 

L (1230) - Small fruit salad (160) 

S (3) - Salmon (100) , String cheese (50),  2 cups brocolli (60) 

D (7) - Small salad (200) 

Total planned for now: 1010

Exercise = Pure Cardio, Hour of cardio and weights

Yay, scales going down in the right direction :) 

SO, im thinking about doing vegan before dinner. I really really do wanna try to do vegan again (except for fish maybe). More so just because I want to do a full on cleanse since when I do workout...I feel like yuck. SO, im gonna try it for a week and if I like it enough, ill stick with it :)

SO were also getting back into the healthy game. For the past 3 months id say its been a stuggle, but these next 2 will be awesome :)

Todays food:
2 apples (300) , canned tuna (100) , salmon (100) , brocolli (100), PB & AB (600), salad bar salad (300), rice cakes (220), fiber1bar (90) + hummas (200), cucumber (100) = 2110 

No nightime snack. Its where my downfall happens....

Exercise = Arms, Cardio, Abs, insanity, running....etc. etc. 

Workout = 900 calories burned (holy moly)

Net = 1200

Toodolooo!

Congrats! Vegan is definitely worth a try, even if only for a week or two. It really made me mindful of how many animal products I was consuming.

hey there. if you are active & exercise pretty much daily, you will probably loose weight, slowly, by eating 1800-2200. Especially if you eat 1800 for a week, I think you would notice a little loss. by eating on the higher side, like you are, it'll be easier to lose weight and keep it off in the end.
