Hello all!!! Man it's been a long time since I posted..I have a little down time so I wanted to stop by and catch up with you guys..

Work still has it's ups and downs, personal life is great the only thing that would make it perfect would be winning the Mega Millions jackpot tomorrow, the pot is up to 550 million.. It is okay if I don't take all, a cool million would suffice for me, LOL!!!

Fitwall/TRX training is going really well..I still do my at home workouts in moderation because for a while there I was overtraining..

Super excited that I'm heading to see family and friends in Chicago on Sunday! Can't wait to see my Nana the most ...

Hoping to have a little more time to spend with you guys during my vacation, it's gonna be tough since I'm sure I will be pulled in every direction..Hahahahaha

Just in case I don't have the opportunity Happy Holidays everyone, I miss you all

Good Morning  Hope everyone is doing well..Life is good, Fall has finally arrived here so the temps are perfect for working outside..I've been going to FitWall/TRX classes 3 days a week and doing at home workouts on a few of the other days..

As I mentioned on a previous post I don't have the time to post here daily like I used to for lack of time but I miss all of you!

Well I better get going, my Monday chores await.. I will catch up with you all after I tackle my to do list..Have a happy healthy week

Hey V :-) Just post when you can. For me, it's quite an addiction, which I like, because it's also a diary & a way to get out feelings or even think about things on "paper" or on the screen. :-)

When I had a different job with much less hours & I was younger with even less responsibilities, it was easier for me to post longer entries, sometimes more thoughtful, and comment on practically everyone's entries so much more often.

Good Evening Had a really good week at work, the weather was perfect for outdoor drinks/dining. Got in all 3 Fitwall classes I planned...A little more social than I should have been last week but oh well.. Had some severe cramping due to TOM so most of my Sunday was spent napping and watching football before I went over to my friend's house to color and cut her hair..Ended up helping her kids carve pumpkins, boy was that fun!!

Today I had to get up extra early since I didn't get groceries like I normally do on Sunday, got my chores in, went to FitWall class and went out to lunch afterwards..Solo lunch so it was nice to sit and read my Nov/Dec Muscle and Fitness mag.. All in all a great weekend..

hey V! The festival was great indeed. It's one of the favorites on Long Island & I am making it my goal to try to get there every year :-D

I hear you on the severe cramping. I never felt cramps until I was 26 or 27 years old. Now I get them not at every period, but sometimes. This period has been really, really bad. I am up right now at 3am because of them.

3 Fitwall classes!? wow. how long are they?

Right now, I order Self & Fitness magazines. Although, I have a bunch still sitting, waiting to be read! LOL. yeah, they come & I don't even read them....yet. :-) Do you have any recommendations on good magazines with motivation? I usually like them for the motivation & information, not workout tips (like I don't care too much about a magazine demonstrating exercises with pictures / etc.)

As far as chores, lately for me, to "save time" I pick up a little of what I need, whenever I need it. Therefore, I don't need to do a huge food shopping all at once & take the time to make sure I've got it all. This method seems to be working ok (I have only done it for a couple weeks). I try to be in & out and whenever I am passing a supermarket already is when I go...

Good Morning Although I had a minor issue with the snooze button, I made it to FitWall class in time.. The instrutor was a few minutes late but we got in a killer workout..Pumped and ready for the day! Off to prep for work, I will catch up with you all later, have a wonderful Wednesday

Good Morning Had a great weekend after a pretty hectic work week.. Got in another FitWall class yesterday and my friend came along with me..She loved it as well so she is coming with me every Monday!! I am going to shoot for the 6:30 am class tomorrow and it's imperative that I don't abuse the snooze button..Totally different ballgame when  I have to leave the house to workout so I have to remember that when my alarm goes off, LOL 

The temps have FINALLY cooled off and it is so nice to open the windows and let some fresh air in..Well I better get going, back to the grind for me..Have a happy healthy day all

Getting out of the house is always harder to workout! I found myself half asleep until about 1/3 of the way through the workout and then I'd finally realize what I was doing haha.

Hello all Just checking in to say hello and all is well with life in general, work is meh..LOL It has been slow due to the extreme heat we are still experiencing here, hoping that cooler weather will come our way soon..

My new workout routine is going great and I went for my second FitWall class this afternoon..It was so much better than last Monday's gab fest..There was only one other person in class I attended today, it was taught by the owner/master trainer of the studio so it was just like having a personal training session..The instructor even took the time after class to chat it up about my current routine, fitness goals as well as show me some of the more advanced moves..I am definitely going back every Monday to that class and add in a one more class during the week when she is teaching... Completed an Extreme Ab class this evening..

Anyhoo although I don't have the time to post here every day like I used to I am still keeping it healthy with the occasional splurge in moderation..I missed you guys! Have a great evening

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana

L- Baked chicken breast, homemade potato salad

D- Chicken Breast atop Spring Mix, cucumber, onion, broccoli, parmesean, red wine vin and fresh lime juice..2 glasses of wine

Gallon of water..LF Cottage cheese(pre bedtime)

Good Evening So I had an unexpected late evening out with my friend yesterday..He was out of town for a few days and he wanted to tell me all about the Horror Convention that he was part of as well as my thoughts on an idea he had for a play that he is currently working on...Anyhoo one drink turned into several and the rest was history..LOL

Slept in this morning, work was a bust so I left early, got in a Fat Burner Challenge class this evening and now it's time to unwind.. Good Evening to you all

Thanks for the exercise advice. I will have the head of IT do some moving of things around here so I can access Chalene's classes. Really though, I *think* just bumping up my exercise in general should do the trick. I need to do more - period - and I haven't had the time with N on 1/2 days. Now he's on full days and the renovation will be done after Saturday, so I can resume a regular schedule and FINALLY return to yoga classes. I can't wait, it's been way too long!

Good Evening everyone I had quite the long weekend starting with a Saturday double shift..It seemed neverending but I survived..LOL I got out of there just in time to catch my friend at her wine bar right before closing...The owner of the bistro allowed us to stay after close since neither one of us were in the mood to go to another bar..It was nice to finally sit down and chat it up...

Sunday was a really long day as well..I attended my friends son's 6th birthday party..There were just as many adults as there were kids in attendance..My friend and her hubby has a really big backyard so while the kids and the big kid(ME!) played in the giant bounce castle, the adults were entertained by the football games(they have a few tvs outside as well)

Slept in this morning and finally made it to a "FitWall" class..It was pretty awesome to get in a full body workout in 35(ish) minutes..Not so awesome was the non stop chatter from the social butterflies in class I plan to go back but not at that time slot, they all seemed content with the social aspect which is cool I guess and not to be rude but if I am paying for a class I want to be able to hear the cues and YEAH work up a sweat, kinda tough to do when you have yammers in tow..LOL

Got the rest of my usual chores done after class, took a mini nap and completed Cardio Abs class..

Off to catch up with you all and get some fuel, slept right through breakfast so I am a tad bit hungry..Hope you all had a wonderful start to your week
