Good Morning  Just completed  X Trainer class, all pumped up for the day..Running a little behind schedule so I will catch you all later..Have a wonderful day

Back from another busy day..Keeping it short and sweet, good evening!

 

L Glutamine

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, blueberries and strawberries

L- Ground Turkey Breast blue cheese burger, 1 slice of low sodium Ezeikiel bread.. Baked Blue Corn Tortilla chips with salsa

D- Jerked chicken breast atop spring mix, cucumber, boiled egg, roma tomato,parmesan, red wine vin and fresh lemon... 2 glasses of Sangiovesse

1 1/2 gallons of water... Casein Shake(pre bedtime)

Thank you so much for sharing your story yesterday... It's good to know what everyone has their moments.

As for my scale incident... it was not meant to cause so much devastation, I had thought it would merely be a motivating tool to keep pushing since I felt my efforts had been a little off the last week or so. Trust me, I won't be doing that again any time soon!!

Good workday, did a relief class afterwards, gonna try to catch sunset before dinner..Good evening!!

D- Pan Seared terryaki Mahi Mahi atop spring Mix, cucumber, red onion, roma tomato, mandarin orange, blue cheese crumbles, red wine vin and fresh lemon..2 glasses of red wine

Good Morning Killer Power Legs class to kick the morning off..To echo getmeback's statement from yesterday, Tuesday already??? geez it's pretty sad that I am already counting down til the upcoming weekend...LOL  Off to prep for work, catch up with you all later..Have an awesome day

Good Morning Had a really good Sunday afternoon at my spent at my friends house playing with their kids and  new puppy!!  Although I went over there to color my friend's hair for her, it ended up being a fun filled afternoon by the pool..

Had a great start to the morning with Upper Elite class.. Well I better get the laundry out the way so I will catch up with you all later..Have a happy healthy start to your week

Back from my day, all my meals for the week are prepped bagged and tagged, napped a bit before the rest of  the housework..Got in an Ab Shredder class, time to get some fuel and enjoy the last hours of freedom before my work week starts..

L- RF blue cheese ground turkey breast burger on 1 slice of low sodium Ezekiel 4-9 bread with lettuce spicy mustard..10 baked blue corn tortilla chips with salsa

D- Pan seared terryaki Steel Head Trout atop spring mix, cucumber, red onion, mandarin orange, boiled egg, parmesean cheese, red wine vin and fresh lemon..2 glasses of red

Good Morning Work was really good yesterday from a monetary standpoint, thankfully no rain..I stopped off to see my friend at her bar stayed a bit longer than anticipated but still at home early..Got in another good night's sleep as it rained overnight again.. Completed Back to Core class earlier and I am off to work..Catch up with you all later..Happy Friday

The beach was a little slow today and 3 people were so not needed but oh well, just counting down the hours til my weekend starts..LOL

i love spicy mustard too! i've been having it more frequently as a good, low cal but satisfying condiment. good eats today wow!

...finally! i'm getting into the shakes. lately, in the AM, i add spinach to many of the shakes i make and then stevia to keep the shake sweet. it's a good way to get greens in, in your first meal of the day!

Good Morning Had a good night's sleep as it rained all night and into morning..Completed Vertical Plyo class, feeling recharged..Once again my work day is uncertain since there are still a few storms out in the gulf..It's crazy how much rain we are getting and rainy season doesn't start til August..Well at least my car is clean, LOL... I better keep it moving, still have to prep just in case.. Have a stellar day all

You know V I have been complaining about snow and rain. Well it has been so hot for the past two day that I had to start my air conditioner today. I am not really complaining but LOL it too hot now LOL LOL. Never satisfied. I guess I just have to find something to b i t c h about. LOL Have a great evening.

Good Morning Just completed Back and 6 pack, obliques are screaming as they should be, thanks Shaun T !!  The sun has yet to make it's appearance and it looks like more rain may be headed this way, gotta take a close look at the radar and beach cam..Still have to prep just in case so I will catch ya later, maybe sooner..Have a wonderful day all

Work was a total washout..I was summoned in to work knowing fully well that the rain was indeed headed in our direction..Sure enough the sky opened up around 10 and it still hasn't stopped.. Needless to say I was quite pissed, not to mention my "meeting" with the owner of the place to resolve an issue..All is well though, I am happy that he was open to my thoughts/opinions.. I arrived home around noon, took a mini nap..

I thought it looked like rain in your area when I saw the news this morning. If I knew it here in KY why didn't your GM know it - LOL! Anyway - rain coming to KY this weekend - just in time for the DERBY - which I used to attend every year, but don't anymore - thank goodness. Rachel and Will arrived in Cape Sand Blas today. They said the condo was good, didn't mention their weather, but had already walked about 4 mi on the beach and eaten mexican food.
