Good Morning It stormed like crazy here overnight and I slept like a baby..It has moved on to the east coast now and it was a beautiful sunrise, nice backdrop for Power Legs class..Alas the weekend went by far too fast again! Off to prep for work, catch up with you all later, have a wonderful day

Back from a long ass day..Lots of work drama, that did NOT include me..Added a Releif class just to blow off some steam..Keeping it short and sweet, my friend is stopping by in a few.. Good Night!!

L Glutamine

B- Almond breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, natural pb and strawberries

L- Low Sodium Turkey Breast, Black Forest Ham, Gouda, lettuce, tomato on multi grain deli thin..6 tortilla chips

S- Hummus

D- Pan Seared Steelhead Trout atop Spring Mix, cucumber, red pepper, roma tomato, 1/2 boiled egg, parmesean, red wine vin and fresh lemon..1 Glass of white, 1 Glass of red

1 1/2 gallons of water...Lf cottage cheese with fresh blueberries(pre bedtime)

Your food is always so balanced. I have resorted to so much carb based meals - starchy stuff - although whole grains - I need to figure out how to get more protein and vegetables in - especially when Mark is out of town - I just don't care.....It's awful that I have to actually concentrate on eating balanced. After all this time it doeesn't come naturally. I "naturally" eat carbs. period! My brain is tired from work, too. I studies (for a professional license I want/need to get) most of the day - between tasks - luckily I shook it off with a bike ride - woo-hoo!

Good Morning Had a really good day off yesterday, hung out with my friend, shopped for my meals for the week and chilled the rest of the evening.. Completed Upper Elite class this morning..Going to get the laundry out the way early, catch up with you all later..Hope you all hae a happy healthy start to your week

Got all chores done early, got in an Ab Shredder class this evening..

good morning V! you are inspiring & motivating as ever!!! i love reading your positive entries. and i miss cardio soooo much. yesterday i did a bit more walking & now my legs hurt...still not recovered. but now i will be taking a swim class (at 9pm! lol) on Mondays & Thursdays so that I will have NO PROBLEM swimming on my own fully as cardio (and I can sorta forget about walking/running for the next month or two)

Good Morning Woke up a little too early but was able to fall back asleep til the usual time..Up and at it for Vertical Plyo class..Actually looking forward to going in today because the girl I work with today rocks! Well I better keep it moving, catch up with you all later.. Have a good day 

Back from my best work day of the week..Wow what a difference working with a competent person!! Took a quick power nap when I arrived home I was exhausted! Getting ready for dinner and super excited for "Project Runway's" Finale tonight..

Good Morning Well the Saturday was a big BUST. We had a decent amount of customers however we were overstaffed. Oh well that's old news..LOL..Had a good Sunday, celebrated my friend's birthday and chilled the rest of the evening..Completed Upper Elite class this morning and off to get the laundry done early.. Yea I definitely don't recommend the combat. My gym does have a standalone combat class so I have no idea why they're combining the two. These classes are my "weights" days... I want to do my own cardio, not some cardio kickboxing dance like thing that I just feel uncoordinated and get discouraged at hahaha.
