Good Morning Well rested after an extra day off and a good night's sleep, up at the usual time for Stretch class with a little time to spare since it is only 30 minutes..Although it is still raining, it should clear out before we open.. Good Morning Speed and Agility class completed without a proper sunrise..It has been raining since yesterday evening, nothing major just alot of it and windy as well..There is more out there in the gulf so working the outdoor bar isn't likely.. I still have to prep just in case I have to work inside..Not getting my hopes up but it would be nice to have an extra day off just to decompress..Catch you all later, perhaps sooner, have a stellar day all

Had a well needed extra day off!! It was a pleasant surprise when I called, all set to go in, I was so sure the MOD would make me come in so I was fully dressed in work garb, ready (not willing) to go.. Read a little, napped a little and finished another book, got in Pure Contact and Relief class and life is good! Just what the doctor ordered, 2 of my fave things, fueling the mind as well as the body.

Good Morning Up early for X-Trainer class, all pumped up now and ready, not particularly for work mind ya just amped up, LOL. Once again the weekend went by far to quickly.. Temps are perfect here..It is opening day for the Rays, I am sure it will be a busy day downtown and hopefully we will get some folks on the beach before the game.. Off to prep for work, catch you all later, have a stellar day

Hey busy day at the beach, bar was in a dissarray, didn't have time to eat much of my lunch and my coworker was USELESS today.. Relief class was so needed and even if it was not on the schedule I would have done it anyways..

thank you for the good vibes. the second opinion from another doc was to be out of the wheelchair and carry on, walking to walk, but being easy on myself. so that's what i am doing, i don't have to skip work again tomorrow, which is good, bc sick days come in handy...now i still will have 3 left this year! i am eager to know the blood test results. everything else was ok :-)

Good morning Great weekend so far, I was pretty exhausted from the week so I declined dinner invites yesterday.. Up and at it for Ab Shredder today and I got through the entire class without stopping..Oh Yeah! This is the last week of the program and I have decided do another round, what can I say I am committed to the Asylum, it's hard to stop! LOL

Well I am going to get the laundry out the way ASAP..Along with my other chores, my friend is stopping by for lunch so I gotta stay on track timewise..Catch up with you all later, Have a happy healthy start to your week

Back from a good day, got my chores out the way early and finished my book, got a nap in and completed Relief class..

You HAVE had good day. Finishing a book is good. I read one whole small book yesterday. It was kind of interesting. Written by an older lady that battled bipolar disorder her whole life, but beat it with meds and counseling and her strong and abiding faith. I met her once and never knew! Interesting life she had, too. She's quite elderly now. Amazing after all she went through (and in a time very little was known about any mental illness) she still had love and faith enough to be able to count her blessings, not her troubles. An inspiring read on Easter Sunday.

Good Morning Up and at it for X-Trainer, it's been a few weeks since this class was on the schedule and YEP those Moving Matrix pushups are still a BEAST..I only got through 30 of the 60 in plank, the rest I had to modify..It's on schedule for next week so my goal is to get all 60 in plank  OR ELSE! LOL

Well the temps are still iffy today so my day is uncertain again but I am just hoping whomever the MOD will check the forecast out before making his decision... Better get going so I will catch up with you all later, Have an awesome day

Dang dude, what an inspiration you are with those pushups. I do remember the side to side planking moves in on of the Insanity classes - I'm guessing these are even more beastly haha. I hope today's MOD steps up to the plate!

Very very nice! And I'm sure you'll make it to your 60 pushup goal my next week...there doesn't seem to be much you let get in your way. I hope the manager doesn't make you come in if the weather is going to be bad... I always hated how they over staffed to help themselves out and never actually thought about the people they were bringing in to sit around all day. Have a good one!
