Back from a day of leisure.. Nice relaxing day til this evening when I tried playing my Stretch DVD and it wouldn't work.. It actually froze up on me this morning but I didn't think anything of it.. I tried a few other DVD's and it wouldn't play either so I am assuming it is the portable player..I saved the box with the store's tag so I am going to exchange it, they should, I just got it 2 months ago..I am just hoping that my laptop will cooperate with my DVD tomorrow morning(it is so temperamental, most of my DVD's won't play if they are worn)
I am going to see if I can work some magic on the portable after dinner..Good Evening!

Kicked off week 3 of Asylum 2 with X Trainer..Lots of work in the Agility ladder, still not as graceful as I want to be but I finally found my groove in the "Audition" sequence.. The "Moving Matrix Pushups" are still a beast but I am hoping to get through all 60 of them in plank for my final week of the program(next week)..
Well laundry awaits so I better hop to it..Hoping you all have a happy healthy start to your week
I forgot today was a holiday and man was it packed at the laundry today.. There was only one washer available so I had to make it work cause I def wasn't going to wait around and there was no way I would have came back later...LOL
Got my meals for the week made, prepped bagged and tagged, watched a movie, and just completed Ab Shredder.. Good Evening all!

I saved my scheduled Stretch class for this evening so I could do the 25 minute tutorial..I wanted to practice for tomorrow's Fit Test.. I think Shaun T is evil for throwing this in at the end of the hour long class but it does help with mental focus as well as pushing my personal fitness goals..Each time I want to add at least one more round..
Man it was downright chilly this morning, I had to turn on the heat for a bit..It was in the 40's but the sun is up it's 58 degrees..It is supposed to get up to the 70's today, first time this week.. I am sure it will be a busy day..Off to prep for work, happy Friday all
Back from another busy day..The girl who normally works with me is in Vegas and I had the misfortune of working with one of the biggest wonderslugs on the planet.. I just don't understand people who settle for halfassness. It's redonkulous! I was a bit thankful when she got a "call" and had to leave early.. At least I got to keep the rest of my hard earned dough instead of splitting with that yahoo..LOL I completed my stretch class and I am going to wind down and hit the hay early.. Good Evening!

I actually woke up before my alarm went off and still played the snooze button game 2 times, LOL... I guess the good thing about the time change is I am usually wide awake by 6..Completed Back and 6 pack class with plenty of time to spare.
Temps are still a tad bit chilly but it is alot sunnier than yesterday so hopefully it will be another good day on the beach. Well I better keep it moving, chat with you all later. Have a stellar day all
Despite the chilly breeze, the weather was perfect today.. Most of my customers were from up north so they were just happy to be able to sit outside and catch some rays.. Feeling a tad bit sore in the obliques, I added a Relief class this evening. Now they are not screaming as loud..LOL

I got up extra early for this morning's 60 minute Power Legs class just so I could have extra time to go back if I needed to since I am still memorizing the drills not to mention how fast he transitions..
The rain yesterday brought in a breeze along with cooler temps it's 62 degrees right now with a high of 68..Hopefully it will be a good shift.. Well I better get cleaned up and head out..Catch ya later, have a stellar day all 
Back from work, my setup/rearranging wasn't as bad as I anticpated..It made my first day back not as painful, LOL.. Fared pretty well but those temps dipped latter afternoon once the sea breeze kicked in..
Added a stretch class and it's off to get some fuel and unwind..Good Evening!

Today's class was Upper Elite..Man am I ever sore LOL! Shaun T truly gets insane with that burnout set at the end of the 60 minute class.. He says the work doesn't begin til you are tired..I concur!
It is raining like crazy here,I guess it will be a low key day after I go out to vote. That's cool, I really need to tidy up anyways, well at least mop my floor.. Hope you all have a wonderful day
Hey back from my day of leisure.. It stopped raining in the afternoon, by then I was already firmly planted in my recliner, watching "Blow" (Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz) I also mopped the floor after hours of procratinating.. LOL It's not like it is alot of area to clean since most of my place is carpeted but the Swifter Mop ruined my floor with the wax buildup from 7 plus years of using it..The majority of the wax is gone but I have to get down and scrub it by hand, it is quite time consuming to say the least..

Good Morning ladies
We had such a good time doing the makeovers on Saturday evening. The girls loved their glammed up hair and nails..It was so funny to hear the gabbings of five 8 year olds..Awww to be that young and innocent. .. The girls stayed up far later than our expectations and I couldn't believe they actually spent the night in the tent set up in the backyard since they did alot of screaming at the shadows and noises once nightfall hit, Hahaha..I didn't stay since I was really wiped from my long day and I was getting eaten alive by mosquitos..By midnight, they were all a little cranky, fighting the fact that they were sleepy and no one wanted to admit to it..And then the bickering and tears came, that was my cue to depart..LOL
Yesterday I spent the day regrouping,after a trip to get groceries..I pretty much napped the day away, and practiced on the agility ladder drills late afternoon...The time change had me feeling a bit off. By 9pm I was wiped ended up sleeping in my Lazy Boy recliner til 3, and fell right back to sleep when I crawled in bed..
Got up at the usual time feeling refreshed and ready for X Trainer... Practicing yesterday really helped with my agility skills in the ladder, I only had to drop for extra pushups once during the hour long class.. I plan to practice the skills again before Saturday so I will be ready to crush "The Audition"(fit test)
Well I am going to keep the momentum going and get my laundry done ASAP! Hoping you all have a happy healthy start to your week

Got up bright(or shall I say dark, LOL) and early for "Championship/Sudden Death" class..It was killer but I was slightly disapponted that there were not as many sport events as "Game Day" The "Audition"(Fit Test) at the end of class was all of the combined agility ladder skills..I have LOTS of work to do getting my footwork perfected, I was all over the place, LOL!
After my shift I am going over my friend's place to help out my friend who is throwing a Spa Evening/Birthday party for her 9 yo daughter, this should be fun

Todays class was a 30 minute stretch and I def needed it. Unlike Asylum 1, This program has 2 stretch/rest days per week and the classes are scheduled the same throughout the program and every Saturday is "Championship Day".
It is a nice morning temp wise 60 degrees and highs are expected in the upper 70's .. Looking at the sky cams at the beach, it's foggy but I am sure one that sun gets up there it will burn it all off..Hoping for a busy shift.. Off to prep for my day, Happy Friday all

No idea what we are doing for christmas. Stepdaughter's family on the other side of the country will be with her mum xmas day, so we'll probably see them just before or after. Might spend the day with friends.
