Good Morning Ab Shredder class this morning, YES! I was really close to completing this class without taking a break..Shaun T always says the right things at exactly the right time and when he says "This is the point where you hate it and stop but if you find your way through this you WILL progress to the next level of fitness" His words resounds to me not just in Shredder class but all of the workouts.

In other news work for me today is a little/lot questionable.. Not only is it chilly for Florida standards, it's also really windy temps will struggle to reach mid 50's today.. Def not favorable for outdoor drinking/dining but I still must prep just in case I have to work inside..I am cool either way it goes down, Plan B(an extra day off would be SWEET!) is already in place so we shall see..

To my surprise I was summoned in to open the outdoor bar and apparently the opening MOD was OBLIVIOUS to the 25 mph winds that rolled through all day.afternoon as well as the temps never reaching the forecasted temps When I arrived there, the other manager said "What are you doing here, we are not opening the outside bar" Apparently he actually took the time to check out the forecast and profusely apologized for the other IDIOT so needless to say I wasted gas, time and energy to get there.. Infuriated doesn't begin to describe how I felt..Came back home, decompressed, did a relief class and now my Toxic Anger has subsided, still heated nonetheless! Anyhoo I am off to get some fuel and try to shake the anger off..

Good Morning so far a great weekend after a long work week. Completed Game Day to kick off week 7.. I am still pondering what program or hybrid to do next but Shaun T will be part of the equation for sure!! Anyhoo the usual laundry chore awaits so I want to get that over with..Hope you all have a happy healthy start to your week Catch ya later

Back from my day..It was a low key one, did a little cleaning, reading and oh yeah a nap! Got in Overtime and Relief classes this evening, off to get some fuel. Good Evening!

Good Morning   Another restful night's sleep, despite the work related nightmare, thankfully able to shake it off and fall back to sleep..Truly bogus when work invades your dreams.LOL. I completed Back to Core class and it's off to prep for my day..The Grand Prix races starts today, it's downtown St. Pete,however it brings people in from all over the world so I am sure it will be a busy busy day! Happy Friday all

Hate work-related nightmares. I used to have those and usually I was late for work (which I never was). I've even had some recently even though I've been retired for nearly 6 years - either work or college stress. Was good to wake up! LOL.

Good Morning After a really good night's sleep completed Vertical Plyo but since I abused the snooze button, I didn't have time to get in the other scheduled 12 minute overtime class but going to get it in after work along with a stretch class..The rain finally moved out early this morning, and it was a beautiful sunrise, awesome backdrop to workout to.. Well better get a move on and prep for work, catch up with ya later..Have a happy healthy day all

Back from a busy day!!  Completed Overtime and Stretch class and feeling great that a few customers who are bodybuilders commented on how my arms were cut more since they last seen me in December!! I see myself every day so it is nice to get feedback on "Project Gun Show"

I've been a goober a d forgot to answer some of your questions. RE yoga, my instructor has been awesome and so I have credit for 3 more classes whenever I feel up to going back. And RE my NJ visit, I'm heading down tomorrow night and returning Sunday. She already said she can make pasta and veggies Sat so we should be in fine shape :)

Good Morning Today's class was supposed to be Back and 6 pack but my portable DVD player went kaput on me Not upset about the player, I got my money's worth from it for sure just a little disappointed that it happened on the day I am to do my fave class..My laptop seems to only play a select few of my various programs so I opted for Cardio Abs.. Replacing the player TODAY so I am still getting in my scheduled class sometime today..It may be soon because it is rainy here..The storms are moving in from the gulf and it appears to be pretty big, nothing severe, just ALOT of it.. I still must prep for work just in case. I am cool with whatever happens but I wouldn't mind and extra day off..LOL

Better get going..I will catch up with you all later, perhaps sooner. Have a wonderful day all

Good Morning So last night's finale of Biggest Loser had me bawling like a baby..LOL I was so happy for all of the contestants! Yayy for Danni!!  Had a really good night's sleep and crushed Power Legs class..Back to the grind for me, this weekend went by far too fast!!  Just hoping the day goes by fast as well! off to prep for the day so I will catch up with you all later, have a wonderful day all

Back from a busy day, slightly disappointed in my co-worker who seemed to have been in a zombie like state AGAIN..Urgency is NOT important to him at all..

I completed "Pure Contact" class after arriving home and it did ease the stress a bit.. Oh I totally forgot to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY BISCOTTI !! I hope it was a good one!

By the way, I actually spent most of my time away from work cleaning the house! I know, it's crazy, but that's what happened. I also had a number of friends visit me and that wiled away the time quite nicely. Aside from those two things, I did start reading a book, but it's more of a self-help book... "Nasty People". It's about coping with people who have a habit of invalidating others. I actually had three books on the block to read while I was at home, but Nasty People is the only one I managed to start!

Good Morning Awesome weekend so far, been out a bit too much for my liking but thank goodness my friends only have 2 more days in town, they are pretty relentless in the pursuit of shennanagins..LOL  I had a few drinks with them after work Saturday, came home at a decent hour and crashed.. Sunday I met up with them for brunch and declined going to the beach with them, I had so much cleaning to catch up with..I also declined their several offers last night to meet them out..Anyhoo I am so glad I didn't go out again, the house is clean and I had a good night's sleep..Did Upper Elite class so other than my meal prep for the week, I have to do laundry. I have to watch my friend's kids again so she said I could do my laundry over there so yayy for that!!!

I will catch up with you all a bit later, I have a a friend stopping by in a few.. Hope you all have a happy healthy start to your week

Hey back from my day!  Got all my meal prep for the week done and my freind called to say that she didn't need me to come over..She caught whatever bug her kids have and called off work so I am a bit relieved since I was hella nervous and a bit reluctant to tend to 2 sick kids. I was even more concerned about catching whatever they have..

Anyhoo I took the opportunity to get in a well needed nap before Ab Shredder class..Now that my obliques are screaming at a respectable level, my evening is complete! Off to catch up with you all, get some fuel..Biggest Loser finale is on tonight, can't wait to see who wins it all..Go Danni!!

finally i made a shake this morning! :-) it was quite good...basically just using whatever i had in the apartment :-) cheers to more and more shakes. i think i might make them & bring them with me to the gym...we shall see...need to buy throw-away cups for it - since it's easiest to drink shakes through a straw...hmmm

Good Morning Work was really busy yesterday so thankful for that! I ended up going to the Bistro in hopes that my friends that are in town were there so I could get some quality time in with them without staying out too late..Well that was a superfail, stayed out far too late arrived home around 10..We had a couple of apps with all intentions of getting dinner but we chatted it up far too long and the kitchen was closed..You could say I pretty much had a liquid dinner of grapes..LOL

Anyhoo I slept in today and running a little behind so I promise to catch up with you all later..Happy Friday all

Back from another busy day at the bar, I didn't have time to think about how tired I was so that was AWESOME!! LOL  Totally understand how my friend that tends bar at the Bistro feels..She is actually putting our friends up at her crib during their stay so she has been out with them every night.. We both commented on how we just can't hang like we used to..Thankfully I only have to do this one more time with them on Sunday for brunch and I am sure that will turn into an all day event LOL

I arrived home with intentions of taking a nap but nixed the idea and decided to call it an early evening so I can be well rested for Championship Day tomorrow!!  Got in a well needed stretch class and now I am super hungry, have been all day..Gonna catch up with you all and get some fuel..Good Evening!!
