Good Morning Just completed Championship class nice all pumped up now.. Awesome start to my day!

Before I left work yesterday I was approched by the managers with a request to stay later(til sunset) on the cooler evenings so they wouldn't have to call in the evening crew.. That hardly seems fair to them, how are they going to survive? I am all about making money but not if that means cutting in on someone else's livelyhood. After stating my thoughts in regards to my fellow coworkers, they didn't seem to listen to reason.. I reluctantly agreed to stay an extra hour, 2 tops but anything past that time definitely would be considered woking a double and that is not something I am interested in doing, just don't have it in me to work long shifts anymore not to mention dealing with the drunks that seem to wander in as the evening progresses

With that being said I am looking forward to having the next few days off.. Better keep it moving so i will catch up with you all later..Have a great weekend

I've got an exercise bike at home, but seems so wimpy after doing the spin bike! I sometimes use it but usually hang my gym clothes on it.

Hey Ladies Late post today, Windows decided to install updates and it ate up 3 hours in the process this morning.. Had my 30 minute stretch class in the am.. No workout this evening, gonna rest up for Championship Day..Oh yeah, it's going down tomorrow! LOL

Work was really slow, but we had lots of time to chat it up with the customers..There was the cutest little boy that was so excited to be on a "date" with his mom while his older brother was in school.. He told me of his elaborate plans to use his shovel to find crabs at the beach along with sharing lots of his thoughts on school, his brother and life in general, LOL  He had quite the gift of gab and very smart for a 4yo..

Well I am off to see how you all are. Happy Friday all

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, cashews and strawberries

L- Chicken Breast atop Spring Mix, tomato, crumbled tortilla chips, ff pepperjack.. Balsamic vinegarette.. Carrot Walnut Bread

Good Morning Back and 6 Pack class complete..It is my favorite class of the program since it does wonders for Project Ab mayhem! It is looking kinda gloomy out there,foggy earlier and the sun has yet to make it's apperance..It's not supposed to rain so yayyy for that. Off to prep for work, chat with you all later, have a stellar day all

Well the weather came around for me.. Slow start to the day but it picked up after lunchtime so it was mainly tourists..It's a good thing mind you, normally this time of year is a bit slow.

I got in a Relief class this evening and I am off to see how you all are and get some fuel. Good Night!!

Have a beautiful day on the beach!! RYC, I buy only fresh oysters. Last year it was a challenge at this time because as soon as the truck came in, they would sell out and I would still be at work so I made a friend at the fish counter and he put 2 quarts on the side for me last year. I haven't seen him in a while, so I bought mine Sunday when the truck came in and put them in the freezer. If you freeze them in their water, they defrost just fine for cooking. I even ate a few raw before. But tonight is 35cent oysters on the half shell, so that's where I'm going with my daughter after we ride!!!

Good Morning!! Just kidding The site was doen this morning so I didn't get a chance to make my entry.. Since my DVD player was down I had to swap out my Power Legs for P90X Legs class.. After work I exchanged my player and had to test it out so I practiced the Agility drills..

Work was pretty busy today, I am hoping the weather gods will remain kind so I can save up for my trip home for Xmas!  Have a great evening all

Yum on the slut sauce! The weather has been stable but cool for the last few days so maybe that's a good sign for you! I thought I got banned from the site for being whiny, but I see its up again! Good Morning Slept in a bit before Upper Elite class..Arms and shoulders are screaming. Def going to add a stretch class later..Off to enjoy my last day off for the week, have a stellar day all

Back from a day of leisure.. Nice relaxing day til this evening when I tried playing my Stretch DVD and it wouldn't work.. It actually froze up on me this morning but I didn't think anything of it.. I tried a few other DVD's and it wouldn't play either so I am assuming it is the portable player..I saved the box with the store's tag so I am going to exchange it, they should, I just got it 2 months ago..I am just hoping that my laptop will cooperate with my DVD tomorrow morning(it is so temperamental, most of my DVD's won't play if they are worn)

I am going to see if I can work some magic on the portable after dinner..Good Evening!

Good Morning Kicked off week 3 of Asylum 2 with X Trainer..Lots of work in the Agility ladder, still not as graceful as I want to be but I finally found my groove in the "Audition" sequence.. The "Moving Matrix Pushups" are still a beast but I am hoping to get through all 60 of them in plank for my final week of the program(next week)..

Well laundry awaits so I better hop to it..Hoping you all have a happy healthy start to your week

 I forgot today was a holiday and man was it packed at the laundry today.. There was only one washer available so I had to make it work cause I def wasn't going to wait around and there was no way I would have came back later...LOL

Got my meals for the week made, prepped bagged and tagged, watched a movie, and just completed Ab Shredder..  Good Evening all!

Thanks for the kind words on Friday... it's also good to know that there are other people out there that hate their job as well. It's always just so frustrating. But I like you, know that we can pull through these difficult times. I'm sure that once I start feeling like I look better, I'll be more confident in my appearance and everything will just go from there.

Yes, I'm very lucky to have a husband who enjoys cooking and it good at it! He's not a typical Scot as Scotland is always ranked as the unhealthiest diet in Europe. !

Yes, I've read the whole series of Outlander and listened to some on audiobook. Awaiting the last/next to last book coming out next year.

Good Morning I saved my scheduled Stretch class for this evening so I could do the 25 minute tutorial..I wanted to practice for tomorrow's Fit Test.. I think Shaun T is evil for throwing this in at the end of the hour long class but it does help with mental focus as well as pushing my personal fitness goals..Each time I want to add at least one more round..

Man it was downright chilly this morning, I had to turn on the heat for a bit..It was in the 40's but the sun is up it's 58 degrees..It is supposed to get up to the 70's today, first time this week.. I am sure it will be a busy day..Off to prep for work, happy Friday all

Back from another busy day..The girl who normally works with me is in Vegas and I had the misfortune of working with one of the biggest wonderslugs on the planet.. I just don't understand people who settle for halfassness. It's redonkulous!  I was a bit thankful when she got a "call" and had to leave early..  At least I got to keep the rest of my hard earned dough instead of splitting with that yahoo..LOL  I completed my stretch class and I am going to wind down and hit the hay early.. Good Evening!

No sign up sheet for the spin bike in the gym (and we can't use the ones for the class which are in a different bldg). Most of the gym users go on the regular bikes but there are a few of us who use the spin bike. Most of the time no one is on it when I arrive.

Good Morning I actually woke up before my alarm went off and still played the snooze button game 2 times, LOL... I guess the good thing about the time change is I am usually wide awake by 6..Completed   Back and 6 pack class with plenty of time to spare.

Temps are still a tad bit chilly but it is alot sunnier than yesterday so hopefully it will be another good day on the beach. Well I better keep it moving, chat with you all later. Have a stellar day all

Despite the chilly breeze, the weather was perfect today.. Most of my customers were from up north so they were just happy to be able to sit outside and catch some rays..  Feeling a tad bit sore in the obliques, I added a Relief class this evening. Now they are not screaming as loud..LOL

Off to see how you all are and get some fuel, extra hungry, didn't get much time to eat my lunch.. Good Evening!

Haha... the time change is affecting me a bit as well, I fall asleep early as it is (which is a new development that my doctor said is related to my stress...FANTASTIC haha) but at least it's a bit easier to get up in the morning haha.

Oh, V, I wish you could come! It is always a great feast because my brother and I are kind of a little competitive! He does an awesome shrimp stuffed mirliton and butternut squash soup garnished with shrimp and lump crab. My oyster stuffing is a hands down winner. And hubby has perfected the moistest turkey with the best gravy ever! And my Mom does spinach Madeline and hubby's mom does cauliflower n cheese. My girls usually do 2 kinds of sweet potatoes, one with a vanilla sauce and the other with marshmallows. We make those homemade yeast rolls that I used to be addicted to. And of course we usually have 5 desserts including ChocoFlan. I will need to remember to practice restraint! Hahaha! What do you do for Thanksgiving?

Good Morning I got up extra early for this morning's 60 minute Power Legs class just so I could have extra time to go back if I needed to since I am still memorizing the drills not to mention how fast he transitions..

The rain yesterday brought in a breeze along with cooler temps it's 62 degrees right now with a high of 68..Hopefully it will be a good shift.. Well I better get cleaned up and head out..Catch ya later, have a stellar day all

Back from work, my setup/rearranging wasn't as bad as I anticpated..It made my first day back not as painful, LOL.. Fared pretty well but those temps dipped latter afternoon once the sea breeze kicked in..

Added a stretch class and it's off to get some fuel and unwind..Good Evening!
