Good Morning  Worked a little later than anticpated yesterday..My last group was super chatty asking all sorts of questions as to "must see" places in the area..I didn't mind obliging since they were a really nice family 10 in all, 4 generations to boot.. Anyhoo I stopped off for a bit to unwind before coming home..

Completed Back and 6 Pack class earlier and I am off to get this last shift of the week out the way.. Catch ya later..Hope you all have a great weekend

Good Morning Completed Back and 6 Pack class and running a bit behind schedule so I will catch up later..Have a wonderful day all

 

Back from a slow day it was down right hellish as far as temperature goes.. Sunnier side of the day was finding out that the missing boater was found alive..He was fishing alone on his boat(without a life vest on mind you) and the afternoon storm/winds blew him right off his boat.. He was treading in the water for nearly 24 hours before he was rescued by a group of guys fishing today!!

Off to catch up with you all and get some fuel..Good Evening!

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana and strawberries

L- Lean Turkey Burger with cheddar, lettuce, tomato on deli thin..Cole slaw

S- Low Carb Protein Bar

S- Riblet

D- Chicken Breast atop Spring mix, cucumber, cherry tomato, turkey bacon bits, rf mozzerella, red wine vin and fresh lemon..2 glasses of red wine

1 1/2 gallons of water..LF cottage cheese(pre bedtime)

I hope you worked it out. I went for awhile without anti-virus and my pretty new computer acted like it was done. The newer malware and viruses were a little more subtle in their damage than I'd noticed with my older computer, but when I got the AV software on board, my computer was all calm and happy again! (Not to sound like an ad or anything--but it was nice that it worked:-)

Good Morning After a relaxing Monday afternoon and restful night's sleep, up and at it for Pure Cardio class.. Pumped and ready for the day.. Going to head out a little earlier for work to allow extra travel time, school is back in session here so I am sure traffic may be a little heavier.. Catch up with you all later, have a wonderful day

Hey work was slow as expected, got out a little earlier took a 15 minute power nap before completing Ab Shredder..Off to get some fuel

Good Evening!!

V - Monday Aug 19, 2013

Good Morning Thanks for all the birthday salutations! Yep I worked Saturday, all my friends were working so that wasn't a big deal not to mention the extra love thrown my way from the customers..I had a few drinks with coworkers and friends and home a decent hour..

Up far too early on Sunday and was on the go all day. Met up with my friends for drinks before the play, actually we were supposed to get little snack, to tide us over til dinner however there were a few late arrivals so that was a no go.

We arrived at the playhouse probably 20 minutes before curtain time..It was a small venue and everyone else looked like they got there really early. It was open seating so the only ones left were front row..The play was amazing, it was the last show so the actors went for it and it was hilarious that they actually drank  champagne and wine in a few of the scenes..They used "prop" bottles for the previous shows but the playwrite/director insisted they went out with a bang, and they did just that, LOL..

After the show we stopped off for a few more drinks before going to "dinner"..We ended up sharing apps instead of a formal dinner, Antipasto, Bruchetta, Sauteed Calamari and a Crabcake.. Although a few friends were still raring to barhop after dinner, I firmly declined..An afternoon and evening of celebrating was enough for me..That was quite a long day but it was perfect!

I slept in this morning(boy did I need it) Still not sure what program I want to do next  so I am going to revisit "Insanity" classes this week and take it from there...

Well I better get moving and get the laundry done.. Catch up with you all later..Have a happy healthy start to your week

Hey, I was looking at the P90X Leans schedule for September, once school starts and we get a good routine going here. But realistically, it's too much for me and I know I would burn out if I tried to keep up with it. SO, Coach, I'm hoping to take pieces of it and create a schedule of workouts 3-4 times a week, but maybe substituting my local yoga class for Tony's or Stretch. I miss Jan and she wants me to come back to class :) Anyway, I'm going to draft a 4-week schedule maybe next week so I was hoping you could take a look and give me input....Hope it's a good one for you!

Good Morning Another slow shift yesterday but a slight bit of improvement..Ran out of time to post the rest of my meals but I had a homemade Turkey Burger with cheddar, lettuce, tomato and half a bun for lunch, blue lump crab meat for a snack, dinner was lean boneless pork ribs with the usual salad and lf cottage cheese pre bedtime.

Core Cardio and Balance class earlier and off to prep for work..Have a wonderful day all

Back from the busiest day of the week and it was still slow..In dire need of social interaction I stopped off at my friend's bar and ran into the creator/director of the play we are attending  this Sunday.. Stayed there a little longer than anticipated because he picked my brain for ideas.. Super hungry so I am going to bid a good evening to you all!!

B- Almond Breeze shake with whey protein, 1/2 banana, natural pb and strawberries

L- Chicken Breast with creole rice and hot sauce.. Low carb protein Bar

S- Kicking Crab Soup with crackers

S- 2 glasses of red wine

D- Homemade pizza...Usual salad glass of red wine

Thanks for the info on the balance class... I've been trying to do more exercises on the bosu ball to help with my core and balance... it's amazing how you lose it over time!!

Good Morning Thunderstorms ripped through the area around the same time as the previous evening.. Didn't think posssible but it was much louder and the windows rattled..Completed Core Cardio and Balance earlier..Better keep it moving and prep for work so I will catch up with you all later. We had some storms in the late afternoon/early evening but nothing that kept me awake. Sorry your day was so slow yesterday - hope today is busier. RYC the cake will be Minecraft. They both LOVE it, it's a building game for the Xbox and their handhelds. I pretty much have the design figured out and hopefully it won't be too complicated :P There will be pictures if it looks decent!

I am also a fan of storms, however if it starts making the windows rattle I would get myself outta there in a hurry. I had a dream last night that I was in the middle of a flood. I think my biggest fear is now death by drowning. Horrible dream. Really bad.
